That's true, though it depends on circumstance. If I was the doc, I got close enough to being lynched that I would've come clean eventually. Caesar claimed to go for the IC Wonder, so he would be unlikely to be a doc WIFOMing (bad idea for doc to bring attention to themselves like that, and he'd have to have a reason why he doesn't have the Wonder later etc.)

LUV and Nero claimed VT out of frustration due to being pushed. There wasn't much reason for them to claim anything in the first place, so if both are town, scum might have just assumed that they claimed the truth out of frustration. And if there's scum in the VT claims, makes the PoE easier.

RC's idea that Maxous was killed to make a Caesar mislynch easier... that might have been part of it, but confirming Creature for that reason doesn't seem likely. I think doc hunting (or something else I'm not thinking of?) played a role in the NK.

Actually it is much simpler to kill PV as he is a common cop target and it denies obv Town Drixx from Pyramids. They get a lot and PV would never be checked or killed. Occam's razor says denying Town Drixx that is much better if PV is scum as if around PV is influential late game. Plus Drixx openly saying he was building Pyramids and PV not saying a damn thing to stop him which would be protown to do makes PV much more likely scum. Taking Pyramids from Drixx was a scum claim. It is this reason I struggle to see him as Town.

PV dropped very many not so subtle hints he did not agree with Drixx getting the stump due to lurking.

Obviously, as you are a hard TR, I am not threatening to policy lynch you, especially as we are so close to possible LYLO. But come the fuck on, guy. And PV is not scum. If he were scum, he was vigged. We didn't see a second kill that night. Scum would never nightkill their own guy - why would they? There's no point to it. If he ever got lynched, the EXACT same result happens, except they're out the NK they spent on him. The only conceivable argument you might have is that he was vigged by Terracotta Army and the scum kill that night was blocked. If that were true, we'd have seen a Terracotta Army claim the kill just to settle the issue.

Massclaiming is likely still a bad idea, especially if Ceasar is telling the truth and scum stole the palace thing. Im not really sure yet given numbers, but scum will gain a lot from the information which of the real town havent build shit yet, since they actually know which of those claims are them.

It would allow them to block one towny that hasnt build a wonder yet to build one every day - which is going to screw us over quite heavily with the increasing power of wonders coming out.

Its even making me consider if YAE isnt a viable option here, but with all scum still alive this probably isnt the case.
