I won't be shot so two heals in 6-7 people.

The same reason Caesar still wasn't lynched yet.

Town would rather put a name on random.org and push that player until it gets lynched, be it obvtown or not.

It almost all likelihoods Creature is confirmed town unless Vecna used Hagia Sophia on that day to fuck with the results and Creature lied about it. The possibility is very remote but still there. It is so small I definitely wouldn't want to consider lynching Creature soon.
