Nero I intentionally played scummier than I had to because I wanted people to push RC/nancy and RC/Leon narratives. I burned the shit out of my towncred to get you lynched since my town weren't doing much.

Like no this win wasn't particularly impressive but that doesn't mean my plays were anything besides optimal

I think your play was adequate. I just think in a different playerlist you'd get lynched.

In a different playerlist I'd have played differently. I did what I needed to do to push scum wincon like a motherfucker and survive.

I'm pretty sure RC is the main reason that no scum got lynched here.
Not to diminish anyone else's play here.
But
the way he drove the game covered a lot of weakness that our team had in the lategame.

Notice was probably our best long long shot.
But RC drove the game in a way that prevented people from uniting on consensus scumreads.
The no-bussing helped.
But the way he drove the gamestate was the main scum-driven factor in why we completely roflstomped.

The best thing about being an adviser rather than a proper player this game was that I didn't have to read the game at all.

Of the 749 pages, I've probably read a little over a hundred pages' worth of posts total, but they're scattered throughout at random times and random locations.

as of right now no one is going for the role cop, and scum better hope it STAYS THAT WAY. it'll catch out CloudKicker, Caesar Wills It, & Gorkington if any of them are checked.

At that point, there were a grand total of three players without a wonder.
One we could roleblock.
A second we could wonder-block.
The third we lynched.

We knew the rolecop wasn't a risk because we had the game under control. We were never lynching outside of Leon/LUV/Nero that game day. As a result, we were never leaving the town an opening to take it and use it.

If we had lynched LUV rather than Nero, we would have wonder-blocked either Nero or Leon, then blocked the other.
If we had lynched Leon rather than Nero, we would have wonder-blocked LUV then roleblocked Nero.
No matter what, we were under absolutely zero threat, and we knew it.

I think lynching nero was the right call.
I strongly think he would have held and then shot RC the following day.

She was admittedly not part of the plan. So nancy could have fucked things up for us, but only if she got an all-town neighborhood which included our nightkill.)

This makes me wonder if mastina would say hi to me if I was town. In all reality I would actually demand mastina to talk to me

I would have said hi if Jae pinged me about you (I flat-out wasn't reading the game thread at that point), but I wouldn't have engaged you unless you were asking me theory questions, specifically, theory questions which didn't have a very obvious read-bias attached to them. (For instance, if you asked me to talk about the benefits of past wonder resolutions, I would lay out detailed pro/con relations with them each but I'd avoid giving commentary on which of the options I personally would choose especially if it was for the current option.)

What town needed to to do to win imo was tell me and Math and Nero to shut the fuck up and have the Vecna/LUV/Leon block that I think could have mutually townread each other and solved the game get a chance to talk to each other and sort each other.

The way to get me to shut up is to acknowledge what I say and pretend I have some intelligence and find anything positive and then go on with your point. If just call me dumb I react badly.

Jae: What was your motivation for defending Creature so hard from the mislynch? Town cred?

mastina said to let town mislynch Creature if it would ever happen, so I figured it was fine to hard defend. I was a little worried about doing so but USUALLY when I hard wk someone, people assume I'm a scum buddy and go ahead and lynch the person anyway. I didn't know which way it would go but it wasn't so much for town cred as just following what mastina told me to do at the start of the game since Creature isn't a good pusher.

I am not going to take a stand on your sibling things. If she's being unreasonable with you that's for you to sort out with her.

That said I think that both she and you as well as the people I mentioned and many others were creating a ton of noise while not doing much to help town.

Vecna/Leon I think could have won the game for town but they never really got the chance. In fairness they helped me create that situation but I don't think this was unwinnable.

Lynchbait implies that the players who would be lynched have that frequently happen to them, which isn't a part of my strategy, so much as it is leaving players likely to

be

mislynched alive, preferably with them townreading scum. But, close enough, yeah.

If you want to get Math to play along with you, do what I did. Don't get in his face, just nod your head and point out SR/TR and reasons why. People who use personal attacks on here regularly (like I'm talking that they do it every time someone doesn't agree with them *cough cough*) are in the wrong.
