This looks rather strange. At first, they are saying that it proves nothing. Then they say it is scum-indicative. If they thought it proved nothing, wouldn't it be NAI rather than scummy?
Town are often very suspicious of people. To a Townie, anyone could potentially be scum. However, often Townies do not use the best logic.
As Town, Dongempire thinks that scum could easily have done that and therefore I am likely scum. As scum, this seems more unlikely as it will draw attention to them and even if they push for my mislynch they may come under suspicion. At the moment it seems like a Townish response, albeit bad Town. However, if they are scum, they would likely want my mislynch.

I see this as being more likely to come from Town than scum.
As scum, the motivation for voting and pushing me was to try to mislynch me. Such a mislynch seems possible - they could keep on pushing the fact that my colour claim was scummy (they have already made the point that it is very easy for scum to do). However, they now try to avoid it by unvoting. This seems to suggest that they are more likely Town who now doubt that what I did was scummy, as opposed to scum as scum are more likely to try to go for what they perceive to be easy mislynches.

Here their read progression is that I am a Townread of them. This seems to come from a Town perspective as, again, if Town thought I was scum and then genuinely think I am Town they will express that in their posts. However, scum may fear being seen as inconsistent, and again they want easy mislynches.
