Alt/hydra account activation problems? Post here!

Hello! Zaphkael and I made a hydra account called "lettuce salad." The account has been flagged as a potential alt account (I thought I set it up as an alt but it seems like I didn't >.>) Please could this be solved? (We have also been registered as a COPPA user which is completely down to my own stupidity and completely unintentional- if this is consequential whatsoever I'd like this to be removed too, if possible!)

BTD6mulch (hydra of myself and Mulch) needs to be activated by an administrator as it is apparently associated with a malicious IP address.

I think it's pretty disgusting that my account has been in limbo for ten days and in that time a game I replaced in to was abandoned and officially concluded by the mod because of a lack of posters. I'm not trying to hide my identity and all the required information was inputted twice during registration. What gives?

1. You haven't listed it as an alt.
2. I'm sorry you got missed, it has been fixed now.

It is not flagged as an alt. That said, I apologise, I must've read your PM on my phone and then forgotten to action it, for which I can only say I'm sorry.

if you make a mistake with the captcha when creating your account, it sets it to be a main instead of an alt and you have to reselect alt and type that stuff in again
