Accountant has been indefinitely banned. Accountant has begun to make more and more graphically violent posts that have caused the staff to become concerned about the safety of those they interact with as well as the mental well-being of Accountant. Accountant will need to be replaced in any game they are playing in.

vonflare has been banned for 30 days for spamming a serious discussion with multiple spam posts and mocking transgenderism, after receiving multiple, other Discussion-related warnings and/or bans prior to this.

Gamma Emerald has been banned from signing up to new mafia games for 28 days ((expired on 2017-08-04 06:00:00)) as a result of continually replacing out of games, despite a prior restriction and warnings about it. Additionally, when he returns, he will be subject to a one game restriction, meaning that he can only join in a solitary game (either alone or as a hydra) for three months - he must see that game to completion (either endgame or dying), before joining another one. CoolDog has been banned for 30 days ((expired on 2017-08-13 00:00:00)) for this thread where he uses autistic as a derogatory term despite previous action taken for hateful language towards other groups of people. Derogatory language used towards a group of people is against site rules, and repeated offenses despite warnings/bans will result in more lengthy bans.

rb and all related alts (necro, yellowbaron and keyXrb) have been banned from Mafia for six weeks ((expired on 2017-09-23 10:00:00)) due to repeated abusive posting and using the PM function to send abuse to another user. This is despite prior warnings. He will have to be replaced from any game that he is currently in.

Garmr's current mafia ban is extended to site wide for starting this transphobic thread. "Trap" is a transphobic phrase used to describe "trapping" or tricking others by hiding one's biological sex. It is listed on the GLAAD website as defamatory language. Garmr has previously been warned for homophobic language as well as has received numerous bans and warnings for abusive behavior in games.

Garmr's ban will expire on February 20th, 2018.

This ban is changed to an official warning. The largest reason for the ban (rather than a warning) was that it appeared RC was ignoring the warnings from a Site Chat Moderator. While RC ignored a Site Chat Moderator, it's not sufficiently clear that the warning was officially given (rather than an attempt to deescalate the situation before a warning is necessary), and RC did back off once it was more clear the Site Chat Moderator was warning.

Please understand that ignoring Site Chat Moderators and Discussion Moderators warnings can and

will

result in bans. This is irrespective of whether you feel the warnings were justified. Please don't hesitate to take up complaints on these via PM/Personal Chat with the Site Chat Mod/Discussion Mod or bring those complaints to me via PM.

He has previously been banned for abusive behavior in games or in discussion six times, the previous ban was for a month. In addition, he has been warned for abusive behavior two additional times in the past year.
