In many games, the mafia choose one member to make the kill. I dont' think we have enough information yet to conclude that Phoebus is town based on the fact that he visited the church.

I know; that's why I said he "definitely did not take part in Electra's murder", rather than "definitely is not in the mafia."

Adder's told you everything I know. To reiterate:

I saw Pheobus last night.

I went to the gym. Someone was there.

Three people coming out of a subway is something I would consider a group, even if they don't even know each other.

This seems to have come to something of a grinding halt. I still don't agree with DB's assertion that we shouldn't look into 3 people who were seen coming out of the subway close to where Electra's body was found.

On a slightly different note though, if Electra was the cop, why was he found dead in his house? Surely a cop wouldn't spend the night at home???

Did anyone else see groups of people anywhere overnight?

Couple of questions. DB, spork, do you know if you saw each other earlier on in the night, or later?

I think I'm getting an idea of what happened last night from the smidgens dropped here and there, slowly.

I agree that the most likely reason for the group of three is that they're scum. It could be otherwise, but personally, I'd be inclined to look negatively upon it.

And with Electra, the only thing I can think of is that he was killed after he'd already done his investigation, and come home again.

Posts around 68-72 should cover my reasons for FD vote. I see no better target right now.

There was also a bit about attempting to come up with other reasons that a group of three would be hanging about if they weren't scum, somewhere near 75ish.

Generally slight scumminess. If it wasn't day 1, it probably wouldn't deserve a vote, but I have nothing better to go on.

And I've said that I think we could get in trouble if we follow the group-of-three theory too doggedly. As an alternative I just decided to vote along with someone who revoted with confidence, because I don't have any individual I necessarily suspect.
