I was not claiming town or scum. Not once (that I can remember) have I actually claimed town. In the beginning of a game, everyone is assumed town or assumed scum (depending on how you play), or so I think. This is why I have not been willing to vote on anyone just yet. However, as per my last post, I now have a suspicion on Void, so I voted. I even stated in the above quote hypothetical situations of both.

Also, I find it incredibly interesting to me that you were spending pretty much your entire last post critiquing my posts, and making comments on how they seem scummy, yet in the end, off one single thing, you turned around and voted for someone completely different.

Before this, like Incognito said, somebody unvote VoidedMafia. We haven't heard enough from at least 2 people so putting someone at L-1 at this stage will get us nowhere.

@Grimmjow: So you think VoidedMafia is scum? Or could you be using him as a scapegoat to save yourself?

@cjdrum: Your case on VoidedMafia is reasonable, but its evidence is quiet weak. I just don't see Voided as scum if I were to follow your case.

@Oswald: Do you realise you just put VoidedMafia on L-1? If so, that must mean you are confident in your case and would be happy if he was to be lynched.

sanchocolates: I agree, my case is probably fairly weak. But, I believe that these small slips are enough to add up to a D1 lynch of Voided. It's little things like these and others that help to maximize the potential of a scum being lynched on D1 - it's pretty rare to actually catch a Mafia member on the first day due to the lack of role flips and the like.
I will happily support a Voidedmafia lynch, but would like to see him post to confirm that he isn't a Power Role, and to offer something of a defense-ish form.

So, you're saying I'm scummy for both endorsing your case, yet criticzing (bah, forgot how that's spelled) the reason for your unvote? Why would that get me anywhere as a deflection? Why would that make me look scummy, for that matter?

Also, getting people to vote for the same person as me (or you, as it may be) is not scummy, or else all wagons would be scummy. However, trying to get you to vote for the same person (or vice versa) for WEAK REASONING is scummy, which you did not have and why I agreed with your case on Grimmjow. However, you unvoting from Incog's hypothetical post about how Grimmjow was posting did not sit well because , not posted that. If Grimmjow had said "oops! I'm m apparantly mixing up the role Town and the alignment townie!" I wouldn't have pointed it out, but that is not the case, and I'm calling you out for it.

Oh, and nice hypocrisy, Oswald. You spent most of the post defending me, yet vote me for one action that would, at least, make me more null in regards to whether or not I'm townie or scum. Which is what I've done twice (once with Grimmjow, and again with you, though it's more agreeing with your case than defending you). Why aren't you getting flak over this as well as me?

Ok, I think I've just about caught up.

- That whole "Voidedmafia not answering that one question = scumzz" is really stupid. If it was a question that could actually reflect more on his own guilt or innocence then maybe I could see why it would be scummy for him not to answer it, but it was a random question dk_peace made to try and kickstart the game that BARELY had any kind of alignment-gleaning potential. So no.

Overall, I'm getting kinda cold on the case against Voidedmafia.

- Note #2: Grimmjow, you're actually at L-3, not L-2. I switched my vote to Oswald in my second to last post.

- Oswald has been all over the place these last two pages. He voiced some suspicion of cjdrum saying he's "making up stuff to convince people Voidedmafia is mafia" and then voted him for it and then he votes Voidedmafia based off of a single line while seeming to completely forget that he was suspicious of cjdrum's attacks on the very same guy he ends up voting. The whole thing just doesn't look sincere to me.

Oswald, why would Voidedmafia trying to get you to vote for the same guy he's voting for make you look scummy? Further, why would how you appear to the rest of the town even concern you?

Oswald, in response to your question for me, I voted you because you said that you were mostly just reading what other people were saying and that's why you weren't posting, but then I thought you somehow missed two separate questions directed at you from two separate people even though you apparently were "reading." It made me think you weren't actually reading like you claimed you were. I see now that you responded to those questions, however.

Anyways, I believe that was a slip and could be a clue as to who the scums are. So you say you want Voided to conform a pro town role, meaning you wanted to find out if he was a power role. Does this mean that you know that Voided is town? That looks like scum play to me. And yet you're saying you'd be happy with Voided getting lynched.

It's been at least 7 hours, Oswald. I hope you're just somewhere else and not just avoiding this game. I hate people who do that.

Well then, gone for one day and all of a sudden the thread explodes. I like it. Should be interesting.
So, to start I guess I'll answer my own questions.

1) This is my second game on Mafiascum and I played one game prior on another site.

2) Probably at least once a day but my weekends tend to be busy so they will usually be slower.

3) Lurking....It's the utter bane of my existence. I loathe it to the core and there is a distinct possibility that if someone starts to actively lurk my vote will end up there.

4) The only reason I asked this question is because in my last game the IC fake claimed as a vanilla townie. I didn't see a good reason for it and it arguably lost us the game. Therefore, I was simply trying to get perspective (that one was for science).

Also, I'm in -6:00 Central Time.

As for the last 48 hours, it's been super busy in here and I'm trying to get a handle on everything. The wagon on Voided was pretty fast and seems pretty jarring to walk back to. I'll be examining it in detail when I get a little more time. Lastly...I guess a little about myself since I haven't really posted much yet. I tend to be over analytical, ramble on a bit, and very slow to actually place my vote.
