We are waiting on a replacement - I've asked a couple of times in the Replacement thread, and I'm now trying PMing a number of members to see if they're interested.

I don't think it's that long now until Kadath returns. If and when he does, he'll be more than welcome to jump back in.

Both seem like bad ideas at the moment (especially the second one). Not sure what else we can do at the moment.

For my claim, would you rather know what the item does or what it is? I figure if I tell you what it is, there's at least some ambiguity so the Mafia doesn't know what we can do with it. Not that it's too hard to figure out...

I made a mistake reading kadath32's PMs. I didn't have an item last night. Honest mistake that will hopefully won't get me lynched.

On another note, I think it might have been wisest to use the vig item before it could get in the hands of the Mafia... Just sayin'.

I might not understand this game, but what's stopping us from confirming all the claims of pro-town items we've got so far and getting 5 confirmed townies? And then lynching mepmuff?

I'm inclined to think people without items last night are far more likely to be scum. It would surprise me to see them start out with pwerful items, as they'd simply hold on to them. My vote's already on Splosion, I'd be comfortable lynching him today.

I would have to agree with you that that would be a good plan, except for two things.

I agree the ones claiming no item are more likely to be bad then the ones claiming an item. I would however expect at least one scum to claim to have had an item.

Each night, everyone with an item MUST, for each item, send me the name of the person they want to send it to.

I think mafia has to send the items along too. Did I miss something else in the rules?

mepmuff, you actually sort of redeemed himself with your last post. I didn't like how you were egging on people to give you items, and, of course, the fact that you didn't have an item.

I think there's a way we can work back and see if scum claimed to have made up an item, but it should start tomorrow. Also, it's possible scum started with items. Probably not the vig item, but possibly the role-blocker or doctor item.

All that said, I still think it is more likely that itemless people are scum. I'm not as confident saying that it is "far more likely." That's me, Splosion, Nightfall, Mr_Gnome_It_All, and mepmuff.
