I threw an unvote on IceGuy because I wasn't sure to make out of his semi-claim this early and decided to wait on it and see what else is said.

You didn't say that

No, just think of it like an addendum. I think Iceguy is townish and I think I understand what Iceguy is trying to tell us but I'm not entirely sure yet on what to think of the semi-claim due to lack of clarity.

:)

Wanna tell my bandwagon to fuck off then? It's filled with people who haven't contributed anything.

Prove it. Evidence triumphs all. I would like to see quotes and how those quotes led you to that conclusion.

From like the 6 skype voice games I've played with Bitmap he only stated he sucked in game he was town.

Although according to his sig he's conscious of that meta by now.

Oh, I remember playing with you on skype. Honestly, I'll admit I'm not that good but lynching Iceguy would be a bad idea now if he does turn up town. However, I would be up for the L-1 pressure on him.

You did NOT just call yourself noobtown to defend yourself... Ugh.

And you don't want to lynch IceGuy, but you're okay for "L-1 pressure" on him? Why? What do you think normally happens at L-1?

Bitmap wrote:
MattP wrote:I think what would be best for town is if everyone stopped talking IMMEDIATELY about IceGuy's role and about massclaiming, pretend it never happened, and move on.

Agreed. But you can't deny that it can be used as possible evidence as a scum/town slip. Honestly, he's null for me. I don't know why scum would attract so much attention this early and why town would leak that.

Despite being "up for L-1 pressure," you're null on him.

But then you're town.

You have no idea what your read on IceGuy is - it has fluctuated between scum, null, and town to fit whatever is convenient to you at the time. This is not an evolution of a read over time; between the posts I posted above, literally nothing at all happened.

Vote: Bitmap

All, sorry for the prod. Kinda forgot about this one and it's been a tough couple of days for me.

Bitmap says he is newbtown as town, that's his shtick. He's just playing like an eager newbie that's sticking his neck out too far. I especially thinks his most 104 post bleeds that.

He is not playing scum, he is not flailing, I believe the transition in his reads on Iceguy, and his 106 wouldn't come from scumBitmap because scumBitmap is not good enough to feign that indignance.

Hey Amrun, you should trust me this time cuz you never do.

I do too trust you, MattP. :( You wound me.

But this time, I don't think I'm going to. (Sorry.)

People make the mistake of thinking the newb/VI you know is less scummy than the one you don't. He's aware of his own meta; look at his signature.

Honestly, I put that in my signature as a joke. People take it way too seriously against me in games.

I'll admit, I
sorta have an idea
have almost no idea what IceGuy was doing when he said that. I just like L-1 pressure because it puts IceGuy in a position that would reveal his alignment better.

That, and I'm still trying to figure out if IceGuy's tell was scum or town.

I didn't have to, it's pretty transparent, no offense
Amrun wrote:

Yeah, that's the only thing that initially got me but his tone is believable too, not just his actions.

How do you know my meta in chat mafia is the same as forum mafia?

Chat mafia is the BEST indicator, because I know what you authentically sound like. You don't have time in chat to feign responses, so I know your honest tone and if you try faking it I'll see that. Also having heard you speak in mafiagames helps.

How - by him revealing his role?

That's what happens at L-1. Didn't you originally vote IceGuy for rolefishing?

I did but I retracted because I wasn't sure if I should just ignore it or throw more pressure on him. The massclaim thing is throwing me off.

If IceGuy ever flips (unlikely), Bitmap is 100% a buddy. Could be scum independently.

So you think it's okay for YOU to rolefish, then?

No... I took that vote off cause it would be rolefishing which is scummy. I mean, that's why I kind of want to drop the whole IceGuy thing.

But you said far after that that "you wouldn't mind L-1 pressure" on him.
