The former is acceptable at times because hey, it's the start of the game, you wanna get dem scumz lynched, so you're all excited and gung-ho and all that. Yes, at times it can seem scummy if the enthusiasm sounds fake (which you haven't indicated in any way, btw; I don't think Whiskers or myself would've had much of a problem with that particular part if you had indicated that it sounded fake), but overall it's not overly bad, imo.

The latter is unacceptable in pretty much every situation imaginable (there are exceptions regarding sane cop guilties, but most people usually prefer to try and get a little more conversation out before said quicklynch happens). At this point in the game, we don't know who scum is. We can think we're sure that so-and-so is scum (like I think with you and PM) but unless I was either of your's partner or this was D2 and I had a cop guilty if this game had that PR, I can't be 100% certain either of you are scum, just as you can't be 100% certain I'm scum either unless you're my partner. And then there's also the problem of just trying to get quicklynched, which just screams scummy.
