Yu-Gi-Oh, The Abridged Series: Season 1.

Pegasus Crawford, using the power of the Millenium Eye and Spice, has invited you all to Duelist Kingdom for a fabulous prize of three million dollars, that
definitely
isn't a pretense to get his hands on an ancient Egyptian artifact. Due to time shenanigans, possibly involving the Crimson Dragon in the Bonds Beyond Time Dub, duelists from all over Season 1 have gathered. Are you up for the challenge?

Super Special Fudge Coated Super Chocolate-y Game Rules:

1) Days are two weeks long. The first week is to determine who will duel who. In the duel nomination phase, use:
Duel: Ghostlin, Duel: Ghostlin's Alt
. Each player has two duel nomination slots (unless they have an ability to gain another somehow). The two players with the most votes will duel each other. The Duel phase will be explained below.
2) This is a bastard game, but the following will not happen: the mod lying to you for fun; jesters, cults, alignment changing roles, useless roles (although loss of vote might happen/temporary silence), or suicidal roles.
3) The game happens in Abridged Season 1; and any characters or situations from that may be used, abused and perused for this game. Hell, I may use characters that were only MENTIONED IN PASSING. Bastard, remember?
4) Your abilities will be divided into the following: Day, Night and Duel. Day abilities may be used at any time BEFORE the Duel. Duel abilities can only be used DURING the Duel IN THREAD if not automatic, and Night abilities can only be used at Night.
5) You may not choose to nominate the mod for a duel.
6) Don't use this color, it's my color.

7) All other rules are pretty much covered under site rules here:
8) I reserve the right to extend or shorten phases as needed. I expect everyone to be active in the game.
9) There are no 'you have your voice and your vote' on any of the Pms. Unless you're afflicted by something, as long as you are alive, you can always speak/vote.

Duel Phase:

This is different than normal mafia. You are voting for someone to WIN the duel. You can use either the normal vote way or
Cheer: Ghostlin
. Your vote must be bolded to count, however if you bold something that looks suspiciously like a vote, I will count it.

9) A player wins the duel normally when they receive a number of votes equal 50% + 1. The other player is lynched. If no one reaches the majority by the end of the duel phase, the player with the most votes wins, lynching the other player. If there is a tie at the end of the phase, Pegasus calls you both wusses and calls a draw, ending in No Lynch.
10) There will be special rules depending on Ghostlin's whim, the Day, or special abilities players might have. These will be explained as they happen at the beginning of the Duel Phase.
11) Both players presumptively vote for themselves at the beginning of this phase, because it'd be silly otherwise; although they can unvote and there will be abilities to affect this.
12) Since Pegasus had silly terrain options in Duelist Kingdom, I thought I'd bring them back here. Aren't you glad? The terrains are listed below (not all terrains will get to be used this game). Barring special abilities, no terrain effect may be used more than once:

Meadow:
No effect, duel continues as normal.

Light/Rainbow:
Winner of duel gets an additional use/target of his abilities, if applicable, tonight.

Mountain:
No one may use duelist abilities this duel phase. Innate duel abilities are shut off.

Beach:
No effect, duel continues as normal.

Ocean:
Loser's flip is janitored until next duel phase.

The Shadow Realm:
Neither duelist can talk during this duel phase, save to vote/unvote. Everyone else may discuss as normal.

Graveyard:
Loser may speak, but not vote, during the next Day/Duel phases. (They're still dead.) They don't count towards their faction's win condition.

Cave:
No vote counts, save for lynch during this duel phase.

Forest:
No effect, duel continues as normal.

Duelist Kingdom Castle:
Winner is role blocked this night phase.

Inside the Millennium Puzzle:
Any TWO of the other terrain effects, ignoring any that might contradict.

Desert:
The awesomeness of no effect, duel continues as normal.

Anyone may sign up for this. I will take hydrae, ect. I reserve the right to blacklist any flaking players.

Ghostlin has not picked up his sign-up notification PM and has not logged into the site since Thursday, so Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series (Season 1) is being pulled from sign-ups.

On second thought, I'll give Ghostlin
another day or so
until Thursday.
I have a way that I hope is only temporary to access the site. For some reason, I cannot access mafia scum from my home network, but proxies work OK.

I'm still listed under Abridged, but Mr Sub is no longer in the Smash Bros list.
