How is that wishywashy? People should use FoS's for their suspicions but if I get chosen for HoH and dislike the main wagons then I'm going to say fuck that and put up who I want.

Making a statement like Titus did (with the fast turn thing) is basically someone saying "hey, this one thing is scummy but its not enough for an FoS." Its a point, essentially. At least that's how I've always seen it.
