could you expand on this? my reread of his posts are kinda showing me an overeager IC more than scum. What are you seeing I don't?

Scoooooby snacks? You're currently still my #1 scumread, though. I'm rather convinced that you and EnT can't both be scum together though, as 53 is just too dumb to actually do as scum, but you two are definitely 1st and 2nd on the list.
A lot of people are fos'ing IV, and there's no way I'm putting him at L-1 while he's V/LA.
VOTE: Enefpe
L-2, voting for tunneling on IV and fairly unsubstantiated claims in 54, and super minimal answers/dodging questions in 74 and 81
Yet again controversial PSA. Most scumtells don't help us find scum, and D1 might as well be removing the players we don't like the most. Though I do like this post from the perspective of someone who thinks scumtells are helpful.

Do mafia have a day/night chat?

EnT is probably town > innocentvillager. EnT has been weird but i think he's weird town. I think all of you need to wake up and realize how scummy that iv has been.
Pedit: they have night chat idk if they have day chat, i lean towards no.
@Stove, it feels like you're working hard to undermine the hard townread we have on you. With 102 in mind, 40, the 2nd part of 45, 59 (which I called out in 64), and 93 all seem weird and somewhat forced to me.
While the reasons most people have pegged you for town still stand, I'm becoming less convincs
Didn't even fix the word I meant to fix, jesus not sleeping is not helping.
*convinced
Probably won't post again until tomorrow btw, running a tournament today + 2 hours sleep = very tired Joushi

Scum having day chat is something I take into consideration when scum hunting.
Having played mafia both with and without day chat I can tell you it makes a big difference.
I don't see how that post looks forced.

@Joushi, also don't know why you think my town reading mori is scum. It's a meta read because scum usually don't get subbed out.

it's a significant leap to think that someone is hardcore lurking intentionally instead of just having never seen the message because they never came back to the site. it doesn't matter if they're scum or not if they never saw their role pm
In post 105, Joushi wrote:Single scumtells I agree don't help, but I'll attribute consistent scumtells to scum more often than not.
Okay, but that doesn't help you find scum. I'll promise you it doesn't. Scumtells don't mean much honestly, because town make just as many poor decisions as scum.
Mafia know there isn't any daychat. So do town who have played this settup before or have read the settup on the wiki. Newbie Mafia could ask if there is daychat to make it look like they don't know there isn't. That is how I read your post. However, sticking to my principles, it is probably nothing.
fos: Ironstove
I still prefer Enfepe
@Transcend I have recently done this ''act like your vote is the only one that matters in order to (mis)lead the town
it doesn't come off as powerful it comes off as foolish. We're lynching the popular majority by about a couple days (72 hours works well) before deadline.
I said it's a meta read, most times I've seen people subbed out they are town.

HOLD IT RIGHT THERE IRONSTOVE.
I don't want you to use incorrect meta all the time.
Subbing out is entirely NAI. It can be due to a few things.
1. Lack of ability to properly participate throughout the course of the rest of the game
2. Lack of desire to properly participate throughout the course of the rest of the game
3. Dislike of one of the players
There's probably more, but replacing out can be done by BOTH town and SCUM.
Performer was getting lynched in this game. He was scum. However, he didn't replace out because he was getting lynched. He subbed out because he had duties to attain to. If you dug through Performer's posts, you'd find that he subbed out in all his games.
Leroy subs out for reasons unknown. There's a good chance he subbed out because his fellow mafia member got lynched D1. (He turns into yours truly)
ProjectMatt: His slot had 4 different players. Lokomodive, Duppin, Garmr. All 4 of them were in the same slot. All 4 of them were scum.
Moral of the story:
Don't assume that someone subbing out is town, or should be town. It's entirely NAI and should not be analyzed.

People are more likely to be town given the 7/2 split. That meta read is dumb.
pedit: don't flip out like that. It's a dumb meta read but seriously that is too much post for a simple thing. It's also a dumb, NAI thing so whatever.

I just heavily do not want players basing reads off of NAI tells. It genuinely pisses me off.

Can someone summarize the case on me with specific examples of what I did was scummy? It looks super buzzwordy and nonspecific from what I see so I need something that I can reasonably defend myself against. And will do so after V/LA is over. Free feel to quote previous posts you've made!

No I think I've seen enough from you. You can just die.

Transcend, that kind of attitude is
never
okay, especially in newbie games.

Uhhh... it's kinda fine actually. Bit crass but nothing personal, and honestly we aren't going to get anything solid D1.

I'd like to have at least 15 pages of content for use later on but without the context of a couple flips, it's all buzzwords and gutfeelings.
