If you're fine with replacing inferno/james if the game takes longer than a week then start the game now.

If you or they have a problem with replacing then let's do new signups and give inferno/james a reserved spot on a future game when they come back.

historically I'm inclined to give 1-2 weeks for a game on average tbh
if we work on 1-2 answers a day, 7 days is looking pretty grim
