He doesn't even know what the card is correctly. It's only really usable as an alignment card.

And why wouldn't you use your Lover card as an Alignment? Why discard that but keep Judas for alignment? Normal people would discard it.

If you die and flip not judas Elsa's probably Judas

If Elsa dies and flips not judas you're probably Judas

If either of you die and flip Judas the other is lying and therefore scum
