Oh hang on, our last game the one where you were jailkeeper?
But you do this game, amirite? In post 99, 72offsuit wrote:I don;t normally like playing as scum.

Alright, but I think it's more common for scum as a whole to be scared of throwing out strong reads in fear of retaliation. Holding on to your RVS shows that, I feel.In post 97, 72offsuit wrote:Hm. Yes and no. Last game i was in, I still had my vote on my RvS voter up until close to hammer time.

That was a cheeky comment lmao. I was waiting for someone to continue the chain. I agree that Quick's.....Quick(sorry) assumption that active = Townie is too early.
But I don't think that usually comes from scum. Scum usually Null reads everyone so they can slide by without any resistance. And then "Null-scum" their partner in case they get lynched.
I easily see it as awkward scum not knowing how to contribute, throwing out townie points, in order to buddy up to a player and appear as though they are contributing.
Also, this:

Lol, that game was funny. I pretended to be afk, as vanilla townie, to pretend as though I thought I was hammer-killed, when I in fact knew I wasn't hammered, in order not to get lynched. In post 105, GeorgeBailey wrote:Yeah, I replaced in and try-harded. Scum doesn’t call the entirety of the active player list bad, or at least that none of them are “the best” players. I don’t think I’m the best player here but it’s unnecessarily confrontational and scum does not benefit at all from posting this, especially when QQ was never the focus of the thread at any time yet thus far.In post 96, 72offsuit wrote:Explain. In post 67, Poyzin wrote:This post never comes from scum.In post 65, QuantumQuasar wrote:Who's the best player here, imho it's either Notajumbleofnumbers or offsuit and they haven't posted yet

This feels super defensive. I'm voting for QQ right now and am questioning you because I got an early bad ping, and I'm not liking what I'm seeing from you since. Ah, now a song with real meaning...
P-edit: don't really care how you qualified that statement tbh.
To be fair I was getting a similar town ping so I do see what you mean, but I wanted to hear what you had to say. I found the second bit to be the most townie though, because they weighed both sides of an argument and made a decision on the matter, being that the phrase was NAI. I've found that players who gut-town-read short phrases such as "That’s lame. Fear active scum" tend to be town.
Also like MArashu's follow-up questioning to appear to be town-motivated "What's your take-away from this?"
