Hm, ok I didnt see it as one, but I can see where you are coming from.1: His first post was a riddle.
Ehh? Whats the point of this? Lynching anyone will tell us wether that person was scum or town. Why is this a reason to vote/not vote anybody?2: Lynching him will tell you if he is town being lame or scum being cute.
While my implication was somewhat agressive, it was based on my reasoning. This is just ad hominem.3: Do YOU?
I get teh basic concept all right. On the same line of reasoning, we can lynch you and find out wether you genuinely tought your reasoning makes sense, or well, not. Saying that "a lynch will tell us wether xy is scum, therefore its not worth pursuing him" is ... well, i was aboiut to say a fallacy, but it isnt a fallacy, its just stupidly bad reasoning. You noticed what happened with the other guy who claimed a post restriction? We found out whether he was lying or not when he died, or do you not understand that basic concept?

As I said before, follow a timeline. The original statement was made
before
it was made clear that his issue was a post restriction. It was also early in the game. Do you enjoy the random stage? or do you take the opportunity to get out of it?I have a degree in bullshit. I have patents on entire lines of bullshit. So don't sit here and feed me a line of bullshit and think that I'm not going to recognize it as one.

That has been taken into consideration. It still makes no sense to me. In particular, it does not answer this point:
Hehe, self-quote FTW!Saying that "a lynch will tell us wether xy is scum, therefore its not worth pursuing him" is ... well, i was aboiut to say a fallacy, but it isnt a fallacy, its just stupidly bad reasoning.

It doesnt answer that quote because that wasnt me, nor did I say the line in quotations, paraphrased or otherwise.

Tamuz' riddles can be solved with a lynch.
If it isnt the case, then this is just simply a no-point statement.

VisMajor please indicate who you are quoting: {quote="Person you're quoting"}. Your posts are awkward to follow because of it
Out of boredom, and not much going on in my other games, here's a list of who's left alive and how they interacted with ZombieSlayer:
1. BillyTwilight
- Votes ZS, then says he's unsure what to make of the claim, but its' "unverifiable, without lynching him."
2. J-man
- Says he doesn't believe ZS's claim and votes him.
3. Tamuz
- Votes ZS D2, saying "ZOvehemence scummy." whatever that means...
- Calls bullshit on ZS's claim
- Requests flavor on EvilMonkey (presumably meaning ZS)
6. Ectomancer
- Asks ZS about his post restriction, criticizing him for outing information, and asking if the penalty resets at the end of the day. ZS soon replies
- Says he buys Tamuz's post restriction, but not zombie's, "though he could easily have one"
- Seconds Tamuz's request for flavor
7. VisMaior
- Doesn't believe ZS's claim - votes him.
8. Evilgorrilaz
- Started off the game with a random vote on ZS
- Gets spoken to by ZS. Evil asks Tamuz if the votes required to lynch him decrease per post, and ZS butts in and says that's his condition.
- Unvotes ZS after votes have piled up to L-3 or so.
- ZS explains Evil's actions to be taking off a random vote, when somebody else questioned Evil.
- Responds to J-man's skepticism about ZS's post restriction, saying they're 'not uncommon' in theme games.
9. rajrhcpfreaky
- Voted for by ZS after his page two "OMGUS." ZS backs up his reasoning in a later post, saying "I really do not care what your "playstyle" is. If you continually say "IMMA TOWNIE IMMA TOWNIE" over and over again, that screams scum to me."
- Points out that ZS's flavor favors scum. Promises a reread on zombie before a vote.
10. RealityFan
11. Arafax
- says he doesn't find ZS's claim horribly scummy
12. queen_of_spades
- Started off the game by being random-voted by ZS
Outside of the interactions, Ecto and Raj would be my best guesses at scum. However, based on the interactions with ZS, I'd say Evil is the most suspicious. There are too many casual interactions and semi-defenses. My next best guess would be someone who didn't really comment on the situation at all - Queen of Spades and Reality Fan. Both of which are lurking, though QoS has recently explained her situation. I'd say Reality Fan's lurking is the most suspicious given what just happened with the modkill.
Those who voted ZS after his claim, and those who made requests for flavor, I believe are the best guesses at town at this point, and thus aren't great choices for D1 lynching. Evil is my suspect #1, with the lurking reality fan being #2.

heres a crackpot theory.
strife is scum.
the continual pushing that i am scum even with me being on the zombiewagon. the neat scum comment doesn't win me over either. then there is the comment on how we are back to square one.
also his involvement on the zombie runup wasnt spectacular. he thirds a the people asking for a full claim. but doesnt give him a vote that pushes a claim.

When a flat-chested girl hugs you, she holds you closer to her heart <3
Due to ZS's unexpected death, I feel that the likelihood of those who put pressure on him doing so for the sake of distancing is less likely. Moreover, those who pressured him into a claim were the ones responsible for his death. I would think a scum-buddy would realize this was an incredibly sensitive situation and would thus avoid it.Evilgorrilaz wrote:strife220 wrote: I haven't pushed that you were scum since you played a part on forcing zombie's claim ...?Why?strife220 wrote: Those who voted ZS after his claim, and those who made requests for flavor, I believe are the best guesses at town at this point, and thus aren't great choices for D1 lynching.
Moreover, this is still D1. We're in the excellent position of already having 1 scum down, and get this wealth of information to support a D1 lynch - much better than the usual D1-happenings of wild accusations until someone gets misinterpreted and mislynched.
How do YOU think we should be treating this situation, Evil? What is your theory for the best lynch today? How do ZS's interactions with others influence that opinion?
