1. I independently scumread both of them. And they've done nothing to indicate that they aren't teammates.

I think Shoshin simply wants to fight her lynch today, get the cop check on her, and make the cop claims a guilty.

Instead of being lynched she would have taken out the cop at least. I think that's her plan.
