Guys I have solved it. GG is a disguised operative from an alien race who are readying to invade and colonise Earth. They are trying to use social deduction games to gather intel about humans, he is trying to fit in but not managing it.

Getting the opposite read on a reread is a very unlikely event as town ( more likely to invert when emulating the process as town ). and when it organically occurs as town, it would normally prompt a post of "oh, hey, I was rereading and I've changed my mind about this slot, I want to talk about it", rather than silently flipping the stance on the slot when it is incorporated into an analysis mostly focused on another player.

There is a nonzero chance of changing your mind genuinely, but when there is something with a weak explanation for town and a strong explanation for scum you definitely have to vote it in mafia, it's a game of odds.
