The most likely Bella Is Town theory in my opinion is that Bell was macho, not that the scum have a strongman. I still don't really think that Bella correctly predicting the scum nightkilling Bell is very likely, though. It seems very possible to me that a member of the scum team does have the Juliet role as claimed, whether that's Bella or not, and that Bella decided to claim in it an attempt to fish for a Jack.

I was looking through the Lost wiki at the episodes Bella mentioned... the character Juliet is indeed a doctor. So yeah... flavor matches...

I couldn't find anything specific from "the other woman" episode that points to Juliet being "macho" but maybe that's not spelled out in the wiki. Any Lost watchers wanna comment on that? Any macho-like character development from her in that episode?
