Town's going to lose this given the current state of though here. I doubt there's anything I could say to convince you guys at this point that I'm town, and I doubt anyone cares what I have to say about the game either, but if you do then I'll reread and try to figure out who the scum are.

I'll reiterate yet again that BBT's role doesn't provide anything close to "hard evidence," it's unreliable and shouldn't be used except as corroboration for behavioral reads.

Havo's probably scum based on his response to BBT's claim as well as his overall lack of engagement with the game.

JJD's my only town read at this point, based on the absurdity of his theories. I don't think scum would have been pushing a lynch on BBT.

I will wait and see if there are any claims today, but I very much doubt there will be any. If BBT was blocked on N1 it was more likely a scum RB (but that does open the door for Shoshin being town here, so we've been pushing 3 town wagons?)

I only reread when we have scum flips. Otherwise I just play from the point I replace in.

P.S. Town flips don't help me much because some scum will push the mislynch and others oppose it. Town also will push it if they think it's on scum or oppose it if they think it's town. Result: Nothing there to distinguish the behaviour of a townie who genuinely believed the wagon was on scum from scum who knew they were pushing town.

It's looking like Mumble was right all along. I town read you early but it was based mainly on gut, your Day 2 was bad and only got worse the longer it went.

IDK about associations, it's tough because Shoshin has a thousand posts and a lot of them are walls of text, making it painful to read through them.

Off the top of my head I recall myself and Bacy somewhat defending her. I liked Bacy but they have tailed off a bit. And yes I haven't been uber active myself.

Let me see.. I'm voting you .. so I must think you're scum. Why? Because I don't see the town pushing 3 different wagons all on town. It is much more often in that situation that one of them is indeed scum.

Another reason I SR you is you were on TheRampage at first, then unvoted when the wagon started to take of, then hammered. I always suspect someone who unvotes as a wagon gains momentum to be scum either jumping off a townie or a scum p. The difference is they usually come back later to the townie wagon.

Finally, your voting patterns on D2 were also suspicious. You voted-parked on mumble, then switched to Gustavo (both semi-vanity wagons) before you changed to Invisibility. I'd be at least one of them is your p.

In short, I think it's you, Mumble and Gustavo.

But this discussion gave me the enthusiasm to also consider the case if you flip town however unlikely that may seem to me, so I guess I will have to do some ISOing after all. Stay tuned.

My read on BBT has been towny and hasn't really changed. I believe the claim. I don't see how or why he would do this as scum.

What other scenarios are there for Town BBT to get no result?

His initial reaction to this is to say that BBT is town, his claim is town, and that means there's three possibilities - that scum blocked him, that he was jailkept, or that I'm scum. But the first one he lists is that scum blocked him, and he qualifies both other options with "possibly" and "actually," suggesting he doesn't believe these possibilities as much as the first one. There's the scent of an informed perspective underlying this response.

I'd lynch Havo on this basis alone, but if you look back at his posts throughout the game, they're pretty bad throughout.

I've just ISO'd TheRampage and it's leading me to believe both Shoshin and Mumble are more likely scum still.

From Garuga's ISO fitz is emerging as a likely suspect too, but not likely with Gustavo, so for now it's Shoshin+Mumble+Gustavo/fitz
