He has made one post so far. I can't quote it of course but it was pregame or close to it, I can't remember, and had literally 0 game-related content, or any real content at all.
Basically equivalent to his content in-thread tbh

Yeah. I'd lean towards Wave scum you/Performer town then.
Assuming it's not a poorly concieved triple scum fakeclaim gambit that dies to prs

Why does wave not being bought up before matter?
Because it feels strange as heck that he just pops up as the hot topic

3p is like 90% including mafia. 4+ I assume is even more likely. Mafia would also know these people are neigbors given daytalk and no third parties.
2p seems odd/improbable in a 25p game.
idk about 2p hoods, I need to check the setup generation on another of Ircher's games, which had a lot of hoods

It's confirmed 3p

As a sidenote it's probably mechanically optimal to lynch in {rampage, wavemode} because they've both claimed VT. (completely unprovoked)
Are you arguing that claiming VT unprovoked is scummy?

Yeah I can see the point against wavemode here, though it may not be the one you're making

I feel like you're missing and/or misinterpreting a lot in the last couple of pages Gamma.

Says he would vote there but tries to subtlety hint that the wagon isnt good.
Love to hear you explain how I'm scum when the flip town.

Well I think it is to some extent, yeah, although it's more the ungenuine AtE that comes along with it that I find scummy.
Okay. That makes sense.
After some backtracking to old games when would you say you developed this mindset Ausuka?

Don't really remember?
Yes, I know you claimed for no reason in FN6 and that is an example of town doing it. I still believe it is generally something scum are more likely to do. The reason for this is that there's no good town motivation. Like, your claim made it easier for scum to find the jailkeeper and town gained nothing. It's just something I think scum would be more willing to do in general than town.

this long day 1 is killing me... Anyone tell me why Osuka is scum?

Was actually thinking about Mini Normal 1908 but that's also something.

Altough wavemode is right the circumstances are different. He had his role partially outed, Rampage did not.
@wavemode - Why do you feel like Days 1,2,3 don't matter? Have you seriously never lynch scum on Day 1?
In post 1007, Ausuka wrote:'m neighbours with Performer and wavemode. I'm confident wave is scum and once we lynch him and he flips red me and performer can function as masons.
Huh. Now, generally I'd say it's very common that if a three person neighbor team pops up in a large, there's going to be some immediate thinking of "there's a strong chance one of them is scum". So if you were the scum in the trio, would you lurk like crazy or would you be trying hard to get on people's townlists?
Because Wavemode is the former and Performer and you are the latter.
Also, why didn't you come out with the information sooner?
In post 1020, Ausuka wrote:neighbourhoods are NAI. I'm not scumreading wave because I'm in a hood with him and a townread, I scumread him based on play.

VOTE: performer
we need a real wagon. if people arent down to lynch performer, i'll vote wavemode
lynching either gives a 50% chance of scum, as i see it, because im fairly confident ausuka is town

In post 1046, Kublai Khan wrote:@wavemode - Why do you feel like Days 1,2,3 don't matter? Have you seriously never lynch scum on Day 1?
i'm largely disillusioned with large normal early games in general, after slogging through a few of them now. i'm just not particularly motivated right now to follow 50 pages of content and 10000 different conversations about meaningless things
let's be honest, day 1 read accuracy in a large is going to be roughly as good as rolling dice. day 1
lynch
accuracy is going to be much worse than that because if a wagon is correct scum will be trying to derail it and if it's incorrect they will be throwing fuel on its fire.
this is all made worse by the fact that the sheer volume of content of a 25p drowns out any one individual's voice. in the grand scheme of things, even if i had fire reads today, i'd never get this town to agree on lynching them anyway, and then they would just get rid of me and move on
my point isn't to not try - i am analyzing the game to a degree. my point is I'm not going to get bent out of shape about day 1 when it's not that effective or consequential and most people's reads are based on flimsy meta, regardless
as for day 2 and 3 it largely depends on who dies and how many die and such. saying day 3 doesn't matter is, okay, an exaggeration on my part. even if it's still a 21p at that point, we'd at least have VCA and possible investigative results to look at

Confirming ausuka’s statement, I’m indeed in a neighborhood with wave & ausuka. I even did a really cool breadcrumb to someone earlier in the game, as a reaction test with mixed-in breadcrumb. Interesting that gamma was the only one pointing it out.
The fact that ausuka had the idea to out it, is a sign of town thought because it is risky for scum to do it with 2 other folks in the 3p hood.
@hopkirk we can only paraphrase, we cannot say a post exactly from there, according to mod rules. Wave posted once, with one word, and it wasn’t helpful. I’ve asked him at least once to contribute (so he could be better sorted), he never replied. Also, your sentence about me sorting the neighborhood being good if wave flips scum, needs to be corrected to me sorting the hood AND other people being good regardless of wave flipping scum. Anyway…. Lol. This is also why I’ve brought up ausuka so much. Wave has barely engaged, has been super defeatist, and will likely flip red.
Ausuka wanted to bring up the hood earlier in the day phase but I thought to myself that it wasn’t a good enough idea, because that defeated the purpose of it being a pt. I also thought I could see if I could sort the 2 of them in there and via the public thread, and see if they’d be consistent in thoughts, engage folks, cooperative. And today after seeing this stalling and pondering over pros and cons, ausuka & I said as a team effort to out the hood publicly.
