ok so there's this thing LLD does.

it's called:

"Standard Mastina Protocol"

She takes Mastina's initial readslist - flips it upside down, and starts killing from the top.

In other words. If Mastina has _____ as her top townread, LLD will want to kill _____.

She swears by it. Says it works like 100% of the time or something.

Now in this game, Mastina had Noraa Hydra as her "top town-read" in her initial readslist.

Which is why GreyIce reacted with "lol now I think noraa is scum" or something like that when the readslist came out - I think that's a p townie reaction from GreyIce.

However LLD didn't begin Standard Mastina Protocol.

Which feels weird to me, like why wouldn't she use SMP?

Hence why your slot felt weird to me.

Secondly your thoughts when I've asked you for them on Noraa-Hydra, felt quite "fence-sitty" and quite careful. That's when I put you in the SR bucket with Noraa-Hydra.

Now your vote on Flea, feels like you're not really very invested in flipping Flea. It's quite passive?

And overall yes, I have a very very high opinion of your town play - you were so super town on entry in that game we played together that I guess I have like really high expectations and here you just feel like a dimmer and less transparent version of your town-self.

Would it help to know that I'm currently much less active due to life circumstances?

Son broke his arm last month, we've had to move in with my in-laws. It's given me much less time all-around for fun stuff. I joined this because I thought we were supposed to be going home yesterday, but plans changed.

In my catch-up, LLD didn't seem like they ever got all that invested. And something like SMP is obviously at least a little bit of a meme. I get it being odd that she wouldn't go with it this time but I'm not seeing a connection to *scummy*.

I've not really played with anyone in the Pizza hydra for more than like one day phase, most of the stuff I know about the players in the slot is word of mouth and skimming other games. And the slot isn't exactly a typical slot that I can use normal scumhunting methods on. I'm not really sure about them.

Flea was a stab in the dark a bit, I literally just read faer posts and went 'there's nothing here that I couldn't see scum who's playing it safe wanting to post' (which is where most scum wind up being on D1). I hadn't heard much *positive* about Flea, and I figured laying down a new vote might get some interesting results (like I was saying last night with wanting to see what mastina would do if she saw that vote come up as an option). Obviously I wasn't expecting this result lol.

Overall I'm not as into this game yet as I was that time. I don't have a Clover that I'm dead-set on being town ( that read came largely out of Clover's inexperience and transparency I think). Nothing has inspired me much yet. But I'll get there.

That game was so much more *interesting* though! There are a few things that irk me about this game that didn't exist there
I also think it's a lot easier for me to get invested in smaller games, my mind is happy with 9 players
