Superfluous isn't the right word, I'd say more surface level? Like it's pointing out stuff that kinda has scummy vibes in a general sense, but I don't really see anything drawing the line from point A (Isis did something) to point B (Isis is scum for it)

That’s kinda hurtful.
fyi
i dont want u dead more than i want my <other list of people> dead, but i feel as if taking u to e-1 will be funny and a bit telling

People are just refusing to get on wagons. It's making it difficult to get relationship reads as I am having trouble sorting scummy avoidance versus town avoidance.
What are the camps?
Who's refusing to get on wagons?
like what ur doing
I'll answer this at the next VC.

What makes you think this?

I got generally good vibes from both Skitter and Isis earlier on, but I think Skitter's case against Isis felt a bit... superfluous I guess? Stuff like opaqueness of posting being brought up seems like a reach. Like it's something I struggled with too, (350) but it being brought up as a reason for a scumread?...
Skitter's push against Isis feels more like a "I dislike how you're playing this game" than a "I think you're scum this game" if that makes any sense. and for that I'm not sure it's well-intentionned.
It has made me question that push a bit more.
this is kind of why i townread skitter actually. she's *talking* about those things, and using them as conversation pieces, but i feel like her actual votes/pushes have felt fueled by more significant alignment indicators? more like alerting them to her concerns and challenging them to explain/adapt which is less of an agenda tell and more of like, a tell that her thoughts are probably more likely to be genuine.
this is why i'm coming around on skitter. scum!skitter has a lot of ammunition to push people, and she's rarely afraid to make a push. i kinda just feel like she's parsing people instead of pushing them?

pedit: why beat
Hmm, interesting, that makes sense actually
As for Beat, exploring Titus' Beat/Pav theory interests me and I haven't been particularly feeling good about Beat as of late, so I think placing my vote there to prompt more in that direction is nice. I TR Titus and don't feel incredible about the way Beat/Pav have been positioned this game anyways, so why not?

by the worst
what about the way those two have been positioned is bothering you?
i feel like those two players are probably getting the easiest townreads of anyone. but i'm also not in a camp where i disagree with any of the reads either?
why do you townread titus & why does titus being town make your vote on beat matter?

I like it when ideas thrown out by townies are acknowledged and delved into.
Also the quick unvotes on Gamma (I did it too but I'm a townie), the way Beat chainsaw defended Pav after I placed my vote there, the way Pav got townread early, despite not doing much to warrant that imo.
It's just small things that I find concerning about them that make me uneasy. My vote fulfills a better purpose on Beat than it does on Gamma.

The weird thing about it is that meuh's point sounds very based in meta and could be a strong taking of the lay of the land of all that math is correct, but everyone is willing to me too the wagon and surely not all of them played the same game.
I guess this is a two scum game so "this person doesn't seem to have partners in the aggregate" is weaker
I have no clue what this post is saying, like at all
I thought you were hard disagreeing rather than misunderstanding before tons of people said I'm opaque this game.
Meuh wagoning based on meta made sense, people copying Meuh based on meta they haven't read does not make sense, sus. Less likely the people voting truly thought she was scum. I'm more likely to invest a million dollars to the person who shows me a special clock with a glass case than the girl who shows me a black box and promises there's a clock in there and explains how it works.
Idk how pro gamma I still am but I'm explaining an old post

not all that helpful imo..
VOTE: Beat
Marcistar with Beat and Pav.

The camps are largely who would vote Cakey and who would vote Gamma. There's little overlap which strategically means one of those two should be the lim but it goes against my reads.

Your push was bad and I pointed out it was bad. I see no problem there.
Pav is very tonally and strategically town and I still stand by that. That isn't why the push is bad, but its why I intervened.
Also unvoting an RVS vote when they get a huge wagon is scummy how?

It ties you to Gamma, who I find pretty scummy.
