If it is because of a role blocker, then it is because the scum team role blocked drap night 1 because he was loudly proclaiming that doctors should be on him.

This is not true though. Bella confirmed that she visited Bell, which confirms Drap as a Tracker. Bella offered an alternative reason to a night kill (which I don't believe), but if she telling the truth it doesn't point to Drap scum. It just confirms the alternative reason offered.
