If it makes no difference you could ask Matt

I'm indifferent, I just appreciate the title :]

I think the title is kind of ironic, but I see how it applies to my in-game attitude. In life I'm a preeetty anxious fella

nth+3

Doubles as a Frankie Goes To Hollywood reference.

I think it may possibly need the period, though?

Nth

But only
with
the period. The title looks really weird without one.

Meh, nth either way, but IMO it looks better sans period.

...my god, I'm starting to talk like an American.

I don't think periods are required in titles.

Wait, are we talking about a period after "relax" rather than at the end? Then I'm only supporting comma, not period or semicolon.

I like it without the period.

Are you discussing the punctuation at the end of the title or after relax?

I like this formatting:

Relax, I got this

by MattP
They're discussing whether it should be "Relax, I got this." or "Relax, I got this"

I guess I'll just say no period is preferred to end the debate

Sorry to be a killjoy, but to be honest, I much prefer Doctor Feelgood (which is clever, and actually references several of Matt's distinctive traits) to "Relax, I got this" (which I personally
hate
, because it's generic and feels like people are going, "Um...let's give Matt a title. What do I like about him? Well, he's so cool and good at Mafia...so let's have him say something cool and relaxed, even though it's a statement he's never actually said in his history on the site!") But maybe I'm just not getting the Frankie Goes to Hollywood reference, and if everyone else including Matt prefers "Relax, I got this," feel free to disregard my opinion.

ETA: Now Google tells me "Relax, I got this" is an actual meme, but I still don't really see the connection it has to MattP. That title can be tacked onto just about any random confident or relaxed player on this site (and is MattP even unusually relaxed as a Mafia player?)

Stop poisoning the well, Mina! :P

For the record, I did not make that suggestion with any references other than Matt's MS presence. I have no knowledge of the meme or Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

As someone who's met MattP in person, I kind of feel like "Relax, I got this" fits him better than "Dr. Feelgood", Mina... but maybe not (just) for the reason other people are stating. When we played in Always On: Reckoning, he almost won as scum by basically just seeming like he was a town leader and had everything under control. It was only after everything seemed to be working out a little
too
conveniently that I started arguing that he was scum, so I definitely see "relax, I got this" and think of the way he played in that game.

I'd nth it but I think it has enough nominations by now and people are mostly deciding on punctuation...? idk, I kind of skim this thread and randomly decided I needed to weigh in probably a few pages after it was necessary.

I actually agree with Mina, with the additional Dr. Feelgood referencing his psychology major and his tendency to over-analyze situations and people (see: the relationships thread). We also spent like three hours one night analyzing motivations and intent behind people's actions and how how others perceive them.

Like PhD Dr...therapist...you know what I mean...

*shrug*

Edit:
Not OVER-analyze, just do more of an assessment with a loaded explanation as opposed to jumping to conclusions based on assumptions.
