You have low number scum count with a mass desperado setup that gives a town a clear almost every day. With such a huge town advantage in the day play, it's absolutely essential that town PR is very weak or heavily countered in the setup. The weak cops were made 1-shot on top of heavy miller inclusion to dilute their efforts, and the parity cop on average only gets one or two results before the double roleblocker blocks him. (Scum PR-hunted well so parity cop only got one result this game, which is well within expectations) I considered giving scum a role cop, but decided against it since I gave an easy pattern to the setup regards to PR hunting so that would be an overkill. An argument could be made for a triple or even a quadruple scum roleblocker in the setup, but was skipped in favor of giving scum back a kill in the form of 1-shot Vanilla Vig. (This is to force scum to rely on better day play and solving the setup ahead of town, instead of relying on brute roleblocking, as well as letting scum stay slightly ahead of town clear each day from desperados) Only real power town had in this setup was the 2-shot vigilante, who shot town twice. Scum played okay, but town (or rather, certain sections of town) played really badly here.
The setup didn't play out the way I envisioned because town treated the desperados as hero shots (or really a selfish way to get "infinite" votes and decide the day immediately), rather than a mechanic to clear two people with each lynch. I thought if I included a heavy penalty for desperado shots (which was any death = end the day), town would show more hesitance with their desperado shots. I was wrong and players hip-fired every day.
I guess you live and learn.
