On top of this, for everyone who votes Flavor for Governor, I will allow them one decree, and I shall attain to said decree throughout the game. There shall be limitations to this, because I cannot say something like “I’ll never vote them”, because that’s just silly. I will however, accept a day immunity for a vote, maybe more if you can have it out.
