It's okay, we surpassed my 20-30 page prediction a long time ago.

The game hasn’t been going for a full day, how is it gonna be worth hammering rn with the discussion still blooming
Why is Cakez even getting wagoned? As much as I appreciate not getting entirely shut out D1 I am not in a position I’m gonna do the Sandra “anything but me” move rn.

I guess a quickhammer is not for the best.
I mean I don't actually mind this.
But the others want pools. I'd rather night one be a free for all if ya ask me.

okay i am coming around on gamma not being blatant scum but i still think there are issues with gamma/bm interactions

You've spent the whole day tunneling BM for what is ultimately an admitted playstyle clash

Firebringer answered my call to hammer the signup thread. I'm obligated to at least let him live to Day 2.
In all seriousness though, I thought he felt fine early on. Not so much lately, but that could just be some players posting more than others (and the game still hasn't been open for half a day yet).

I think in this game the phases will become more relative to the night actions and a lot of what we're seeing with claim shenanigans/setup speculation replacing it
I agree with l4pe that hammering because it's 43 pages is well, not a reason
But it feels somewhat necessary, and something else in mind is the fact this game has a huge night phase tagged along with it

I for one do not see much merit in grouping up players into pools, but that's just me.
Like, what benefit does town get in knowing who each person is supposed to target each night?

I'd like night one to be a free for all as well
The problem is, we're already past the point where that is viable, I think. Making a move to end the day right now will either prompt more blade claims, or result in some players having close to 0 chance of being picked. Personally I'm fine with the second scenario but would like to avoid having more people claim.
Also, I'm not actually sold on cakez being scum, and now seems like a good time to take a step back

I feel like most slots have posted alignment indicative content and given the play size and base, capping day one under 60 pages is a-fucking-okay.
I think we don't need any more gamma-BM pillow fights.
I don't like that noname/Regan kinda dissipated into the void as the game went on but that might be time of day indicative not alignment indicative, will have to go look. Neither is in my limpool though. Noname is like hovery right above it, regan well soaring above it.

Did you see my reasoning about X-shot roles?

I think if blades want to be visited by more drivers, then that's their incentive to be more towny.

The main benefit is that if there is an important power role who is a blade but hasn't claimed, they won't have to claim to have a chance to be targetted.
Because as I said, drivers are overwhelmingly likely to target people who have already claimed as blades. Unless we think drivers are more willing to target unclaimed targets?

I see nothing that states Drivers give a negative benefit to (not) picking a blade, therefore I think just going with a townread is a perfectly fine strategy and will create some rapport between Driver/Blade anyway if they accept

I just want to see the action sheet post game so I can see who loves me or not.
I'm pretty good with my 5 townreads and 2 scumreads for D1 and see no more need to really post so I'll be back at prod timer byeeeee
