Without the secret voting, the Super Saint wouldn’t have been nearly as cool in this setup, haha. I think it forced a different kind of discussion, which I liked.

To be fair, I’m glad I modded the mechanic, rather than played it.

I definitely wouldn’t do it again, but I’m glad I did it here.

I’d only do it again if I could create another setup that just worked with it.

it took a little getting used to on day one but then was fine imo
im not a player that really bothers much with vca or wagon analysis anyway

Yeah, I would love it, had I rolled scum as well but it was horrible for town.

I'd argue the secret voting mechanic D1 was a big part of why X had the townread he did and thus a big part of why scum pulled off the victory.

from what I gathered it was largely that no one had any idea who anyone else was voting, and so the votes shotgunned everywhere.

Yes, they were. He was so on point that due to a recent (at the time) game with him, I thought he was scum hence sending him the fruit. Then, when he claimed 1-shot commuter, I almost fruited him again.
