Still feeling like Pere is an easy mislynch.
can you explain more? his posting has been largely unhelpful in actually gaining insight on players alignment. most of his early play seems to be arguing with MoI and Korlash rather than trying to gather a real read
we can talk this out beb
I talked about this earlier. I agree with all of the suspicions on Pere. I didn't like his interactions with MoI on day one. I didn't like that on day two it felt like he was directing suspicion towards Korlash but didn't seem willing to vote for him. He has been a bit unhelpful in gaining insight on players.
However, I think that Pere plays this way for the most part and is naturally suspicious. Pere and I have one completed game together and I thought he was scum the whole time. I thought that he lurked a lot and only came up a bit before deadline to ask some questions and snipe from the sidelines. I was convinced he was scum. He wasn't though, he was the cop and innocent. Since I misread him so terribly there and I'm not seeing a huge difference in his play now it's throwing me off. And there are some things that he's doing now that he's receiving suspicion that reminds me of how he acted receiving suspicion, which makes me wonder if he's town even more.

Do you have suspicions about Yates that isn't based on his suspicion of Pizza?

This is weak sauce. I have exactly 0 completed games with Pizza. As far as I can recall he was only in one other game with me. And, you are right that his play was similar only in so much as he lurked, made uninformed posts, then replaced out. So I have seen a grand total of MAYBE 30 posts? That isn't
nearly
enough for meta knowledge on a player.
Also, as Pere has accurately pointed out, this is more a game of Town reads than scum reads right now. I have had Pizza/Split in my suspicious pool this whole game. After my POE post, I would have voted Split but he was site absent then requested replacement. The only reason I was going to vote the slot anyway was because it is, by my math, a 67% scum chance [at worst].
2 scum in Hez, Inte [Pizza/Split], Pere, Scott, VJ
-2 of those slots have become Town to me = 2 scum in 3 slots
2/3 x 100= 67%

I'm playing two cards close to my vest for strategic reasons. Hint: not your slot.

@Inte- on a personal note, I love vote count analysis and I really like you posting all the VCs for that to be done.
On the game side, you haven't done any analysis on it. As in, so what? Since you did give yourself high marks as a deductive player I'd like to see this fairly soon, or a reason why not.
@Mod- request 3 or more day extension for 2 replacements to catch up and for discussion with them to occur.
@Rainbow Dash- Welcome! Are you town this game?
If going back to original suspicion, then Hez lucky reprieve hasn't panned out like I planned.

Thats a relatively short deadline.
Luckily fastest in Equestria and I have the first 10 or so pages skimmed already. Will be caught up soon-ish

Ok day one done.
DMS/Peregrine/Pizza/Yates all bugging me... actually kinda think v2v is town which apparently matches up with TLB a bit. No clue how rat flipped town let alone was not lynched.
More to come later. Would vote DMS slot at this point though. His push to keep attention on the MoI wagon when it was starting to move elsewhere is really scummy.

Amished is probably only viable for new players anyway, since mostly everyone knows about it. inte has improved the slot.
Not much of note has happened, I still have similar sentiments.

Doesnt matter, SB is probably town so replacing a double habitual lurker slot doesnt effect that read.
I want a dead DMS/Peregrine super bad on page 30 right now. Dead pizza would also be awesome.
Reading this page too, Amished tell is complete bull. Derp in certain departments I just replaced proves that point nicely. Only worst tells out there may be 'overreaction' and 'defensive'

Why is SB town?
And, I agreed with you on DMS, but have you got to Hezlucky yet? I've been reading him as pretty town.

I started responding to posts 1090 and 1096 with serious snark before it sunk in that you have only read up through Day 1! Here are my edited responses:
↑Rainbowdash wrote:Doesnt matter, SB is probably town so replacing a double habitual lurker slot doesnt effect that read.
Agreed. I actually had Knox Town. SB's early posts were terribad and moved the slot to scummy. He has recovered and is a weak Town read for me right now.
↑Rainbowdash wrote:I want a dead DMS/Peregrine super bad on page 30 right now.
I will not be voting Pere today. Once you are completely caught up, you will see why. [Spoiler alert: post 1021]
↑Rainbowdash wrote:Dead pizza would also be awesome.
This, I can still support. Post 1071 [as explained in my 1080] looks like complete caught scum desperation rubbish. [Also, the "empty slot" argument attempt looks staged and awful.]
