which one is A and which one is B
I'm enjoying you in this game!In post 1053, gobbledygook wrote:I mean not really. But I’m really not enjoying any game I’m currently in.
This honestly might relate to what I just mentioned. Do you think we are on this road currently? In post 511, Bernadetta wrote:If we just avoid this cursed pattern we have much higher chance to win
Game start -> hype -> (toxic) shoutdown -> burnout
I think scum actually have an edge when it comes to loose deadline games. I recall they won both No Deadlines and Mafia Month, which interestingly I recall were both modded by xyzzy. In post 520, Bernadetta wrote:And I'd rather pick war of attrition because this site is good that the deadline isn't something silly like 48 hours.
Has Alisae posted in this game at all yet? I still seem to have seen nothing of em.
By this you mean if Game 1 is in night scum can kill a player in Game 2, right? In post 538, RadiantCowbells wrote:is there any evidence sucm can nightkill inj the otehr game
Myself and Shuichi are the ones you consider anime names, is that correct? If that is so I definitely think you are genuinely sorting, two slots that have no real meta, unless I am wrong about my assumption that the Shuichi alt is new to this game in the sense that this is the first game the player is using it in, and haven't posted are slots I would read as rather scummy. In post 540, Bernadetta wrote:This is not based on any posts in this game whatsoever.
My subconscious says at least one of the anime name is scum.
I have no idea if this is intentional but you feel like how I'd expect Bernie to act in a game of mafia. Well done either way.In post 548, Bernadetta wrote:Silly Bernadetta, already breaking a self-made promise.
Take. It. Slow.
Alright, I just checked it out and the Shuichi account is not a fresh alt, it actually seems to have been made when the Danganronpa alt craze was at its height. Doesn't really devalue my read on Bernie but changes my method of thinking about the Shuichi alt.In post 550, Shuichi Saihara wrote:Hey. Sorry I'm late. I'll catch up soon.
Could you explain how this is different? In post 556, Elmo TeH AzN wrote:In games like this with this playerlist throw that out the windowIn post 489, Bernadetta wrote:Also mafia games after Day 2 is just a war of attrition.
Whichever side that cares the longest wins.
Which head or heads are you seeing this from?In post 560, Trojan Horses wrote:we are not helping is vaguely scummy imo
the way they're approaching rc and nsg feels forced/weird in a way im finding hard to explain

Now that you mention it, Zeus seems like a good alias for Skygazer via thematics.
Best way to figure it out is likely to look at the Danganronpa thread in The Arcade subforum. anyone who posts actively there and played since like 2017 will probably have a Danganronpa alt. The only Danganronpa themed account that is not an alt at this point is Kokichi Oma, unless he is a god at hiding it. I also have one that I have not used, mostly because I was saving ti for a moment like this where I wanted to use a secret alt, and had I not seen RWBY Volume 7 before signing up for this I may well have used it instead for this game.In post 582, Trojan Horses wrote:Does anyone know who Shuichi Saihara is?
More specifically, does Mastina?
Honestly I don't see why you've bothered to sign in the first place. Your hydra seems to be for fun, and the confusion would probably add to that when there's three heads or more.In post 602, We are not helping wrote:should our hydra stop signing posts to make this game more fair

I wonder if Jormungand has realized their mistake yet. I'm possibly townleaning them off of just this, based on a tell that so far has not failed me in any significant capacity. In post 609, Jormengand wrote:Oh yeah, wagon me while I'm asleep, that's great. Don't worry, I'm used to dying early on both sides so I guess I'll just readslist and hope that I make sense. These aren't in any particular order 'cause I just grabbed them up at random:
SirCakez - I can understand the poke vote on me from town PoV, so that's fair. I don't... get the read on Elmo? So I'm kinda wondering on Cakez's reasoning there but honestly overall seems NAI.
Trojan - seems to be actually trying to to gamesolve so Imma say probably town, especially with the amount of detail they're going into.
We Are Not Helping - is not helping. A large amount of their ISO is just memeing, and while Trojan was also memeing a little and going on about my avatar, Trojan was also actually doing work. Over a hundred posts in, WANH has posted meaningful content in a tiny minority of them, which to me comes off as slightly scummy.
Baezu - I don't like the thing of posting reads without actually explaining those reads. While I don't want to OMGUS, especially not on a read, sheeping someone who said that it was suspicious to know that something was "Random nonsense" between reading it and properly analyzing it (???) seems like a bit of a weak sheep, and the rest of the reads aren't explained at all.
Bernadetta - Doesn't seem to be... actually doing much? Literally just meming around instead of playing, which isn't very towny from my experience.
FireMaPoka - does this player even have any posts? I don't think so, or at least I can't find them (PEDIT: Hey, I found out how to do ISOs without having to find an actual post by the player. Yeah, user has no posts.)
Lie Ren - As above, so below.
Shuichi - Not much to tell from the first three posts. I know as well as everyone that not reading anyone until you've had some time to think and sleep isn't a scumtell.
So on this side of the game, I'd like to see more analysis from most of the players, especiallythe ones who are scumreading players for no reason other than not having posted analysis yet (give us a chance, some of us are ill and/or multitasking. Also I prefer to wait until I have more to work with) - if youhavegot a scumread on someone, then you should have at least some reasoning to explain; if youhavegot the energy for a hundred and one posts, then post something useful. If someone doesn't have reads, I think they should get a chance to make some. I can tell you now that scumreading people just because they were slightly late to the party isn't helpful.
(Also, I don't always have the energy to do things, and seeing how much energy I put in earlygame be brought up as a tell is really disheartening. It's a longform game, I'll get around to my reads eventually.)
Don't think you have the hair to be a Danganronpa protagonist, buddy. Can't really see the top of your head though so I can't be sure.In post 616, SirCakez wrote:you dare try to make me your SIDEKICK??? I will only take being the main hero.
Well dang, I was kinda looking forward to possibly figuring out whom you might be.In post 620, Shuichi Saihara wrote:I wonder how many times you will have to learn this lesson before it sticks. In post 503, mastina wrote:I mean, I feel like the game is close to solved right now.
A detective would be remiss not to consider all the evidence before offering his Closing Argument. I'm a novice at doing this, but it worked last time... after I barked up a dumb tree for a while...In post 513, northsidegal wrote:I think the lack of such players is what leads to a lot of town losses in LyLo, and I think the players who do this tend to be high-priority kill targets because they're known as being vicious in LyLo (skitter comes to mind).
Allow me to introduce myself. I'm the Ultimate Detective, even though I don't really have the credentials yet...In post 582, Trojan Horses wrote:Does anyone know who Shuichi Saihara is?
(But for real, I'm Cephrir, this is a public alt.)
I honestly want to see how he handles having doubled up on WANH reads. Forgetting about RC is weird but I don't see scum motivation in it as of now.In post 621, We are not helping wrote:I just realized that Jormengand forgot to write about RC in his reads list and now I'm certain that we should burn that slot.
