- Is this an easy rule?
- Is it a hard rule?
- Is it an easy rule?
- Is this a hard rule?
- Would a rose by any other name smell just as sweet?
- Can an Anthropormorphic Ornithologist ever become a bird?
- Is this a beautiful day?
- Can a Can Can-Can?
- A hard rule, this is?
- Will Willy Wonka wake me up inside?
- Hard rule, is this?
- Will an infinite number of monkeys figure out this rule?
- Is a rose by any other name as sweet as this one?
- Can I sell you some rocks and sand?
- Did Judy Garland ever win an Oscar?
Guess:
The second word has exactly four letters = Yes Incorrect (counterexample in question 14)
- Are we there yet?
- Do mermaids laugh?
- Do mermaids laugh at you?
- Will Mermaids Laugh at the moon?
- Are you happy?
- An easy rule, is it?
- Are they unhappy?
- For any given variable, does the sum of the variable plus twelve equal a prime number?
- Are you actually a Cougar?

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to ask a really long question to try to figure out certain elements of a rule, does adding a bunch of extra words make it more likely the question will be answered with a yes?

Hm. Long questions in general always seem to get answered with NO.
Short ones are hit and miss, but it makes me think that it's the absence of something that triggers a YES.
Is it?

I have a rule.
- Can we all learn to program in our spare time? -
You can code in your sleep after just six easy weeks.
(Yes)
- Isn't learning a new language hard, though? -
All you need is a large enough wallet.
(No)
