why is it bothering you
I don't like how fery is going about attacking my indie cred. and threatening to hang it over my head.

It's bothering me because I'm trying to sway your opinion towards the "lynch buldermar" direction.

I am not as opposed to it as I was earlier are you reading the thread.

To be honest, I'm kind of skimming through yours and ffery's posts at this point. Your catfight, while initially amusing, has just gotten dumb.
And I'm waiting on an updated votecount.

mini-case on Majiffy.
- tried to steer my track/watch onto a player that scum would be able to predict
- going after one of my town reads (where have I seen this before?)
- Mollie has replied to gazillions of my posts but didn't answer what her read on majiffy currently is - I think she believes Majiffy is scum and is not going after him in much the way she wouldn't go after me when she thought I was scum.
The energy level is really different from what I've seen in other games. That is what has kept me uncertain.

@mod I'd like to replace out of this spamfest.
@buld 300+ posts in 7 days is spam .you look stupid trying to deny that
@everyone i joined a micro not a large normal game I don't have the time or motivation to read 10 or more pages each damn day. There are A few players in this game I have no intention of playing with again if I can help it...

1) wat
2) Just because you're reading someone as town doesn't mean you're right.
3) Mollie doesn't hesitate going after me when she has a scum read on me.
Try
boldface
. Might work better.

I think what you really wanted to respond to was this:

it is true. I have no problem going after majiffy when I think he is scum. in this case I am unsure so that is why I am not going after him, fery.

you recommended I track/watch my strongest town read.
2) Just because you're reading someone as town doesn't mean you're right.
No it doesn't. But I was right about the player you were pushing for lynch in the last game we played. This isn't a parallel situation, but it does give me pause.
3) Mollie doesn't hesitate going after me when she has a scum read on me.
she doesn't usually hesitate on me, either. She's already said that her wincon is the reason why she waved at what she thought was scum-me and bandied about a weak town read on me in the thread.

1) Yes, but I don't see how that's "easy to predict" for scum. And even if it is; you're either going to clear a townie or catch scum anyway. So... what's the problem here?
2) Silly argument that's probably fallacious in some way. Can't be arsed to remember which fallacy.
3) Ok, but now she knows you're indie, so what would prevent her from following up on a scum read on me?

then you haven't been reading my posts.

ok.

because she still has to survive long enough to kill me, and leaning hard on scum today does not improve her chances.

cos you think that scum would nk me over you?
I am leaning hard on dc cos he is scum. do you disagree?

1) Not the recent ones, no. What is this supposed to refute? That it would be easy for scum to predict?
Let's break this down; you can simultaneously track and watch one player. If your strongest town read is town, then either you will track them not going anywhere, or they will be killed by scum and you'll catch scum. The only way tracking/watching your strongest town read could fail is if said town read is scum, and they don't perform a night kill.
In which case... great town read you got there.
2) How does leaning hard on scum worsen her chances?

I don't think it's protown to spell some of this out right now.
I'm afk shortly (too late for DCL, I guess).

fwiw when I wrote that 3 point case it started with a vote. Changed my mind. A lot of what I'm thinking atm boils down to figuring out what Mollie thinks is pro-wincon. And I can't judge that very well based on what I think is pro-wincon because we picked different 2nd actions and my available actions drastically affect what I see as my options and prospects. With the inputs I have, my model suggests she'll still try to avoid pissing off scum today.
She had her vote on DCL well before she learned I wasn't scum. That suggests she didn't think DCL was my scum buddy. She's still pushing that lynch.

Not sure what you're getting at with the DCL and Buldermar bits.

she thought I was scum, tried to wave at me, and put me down with a weak town read in her lists, because she didn't want the scum team to target her on night 1. Given that, do you think she would have gone after a player she thought was my scum buddy?
I dunno. There is something in her reads that doesn't add up for me. Maybe it's just more familiarity with some of the players. But I'm really not seeing how she went from town null/scum or w/e on buldermar. And I still don't know how she reads yoy. at this point she could post her read on you in bold red text and I would still wonder if it was genuine or wincon-driven.
