Also governor works by shifting a lynch to someone else upon being lynched and it's the main variant of it, not the shitty greatest idea variant one.

Even then the greatest idea variant stops self from being voted all together so FAQ2 can't be a governor.

Well you have just provided two reasons why lynching FAQ2 does not confirm you as town.

Wiki governor AND 1-shot lynchproof.

So why is lynching a claimed lynchproof a good idea?

The wiki governor is the one I see routinely.

And by following that lynchproof and wiki governor does essentially the same thing (with the only difference being whether it's active or passive and "active" lynchproof is virtually pointless) and the role "lynchproof" resisting lynch is much more standardized and well-known than the wiki "governor" doing that, FAQ2 is 100% not named "governor".

Of course scum would want us to waste lynches on someone that cannot be lynched.

Also the conditional part with vorpal sword is basically a cop that you've been looking for and since this game is clearly based on this vorpal sword mechanic, FAQ2's claim makes sense and is effectively a cop.

The sword seems like the perfect way to counter lynchproof scum.

If I had enough conftown, yes.

If it's Mollie speaking, even the cop can be scum.

If we count faq2 as scum, then we have a modified vig (utility) that can grant scum a double kill if poorly used, doctor (protective), and... that's it.
