no, but the fact that he resisted a title as the title fairy will be forever, much like him being a hardass about things is pretty tied into him being the title fairy.

Fair enough.

Nah, trying to cram in another joke doesn't make it better.

I liked Untitled Fairy a lot. Definitely a solid title.

I don't. He's not resisting titles, he just thinks titling himself is a conflict of interest.

Which it is.

We can do better.

I still like Hardasses over Untitled Fairy. He's not just a hardass in this thread, he has been else where.

I agree with both of the previous 2 posts. "Untitled Fairy" is basically a non-title title with a lame pun. Buttons deserves better.

Hardass(e)(s) fits him much better. I'm not a fan of Hardasss because it looks terrible. Hardasses at this point would reference the running joke that a TBM title should be plural as much as it would reference his name being plural and as old as the plural joke is, it still makes me laugh a bit when done well. If I'm alone in thinking that, then Hardass is still much better than Untitled Fairy.

--all of this subject to Buttons liking one of these titles and an admin making it happen, of course

I like this, but mainly because it includes a The Butt On Men stealth pun.

Ok, I'm officially totally cool with the fairy titles as well.

he won't. this is one of the reasons he's a great title fairy: he'll just pick one and go without necessarily getting 100% consent. But he wants admins to give him one for whatever reason, and admins won't step in if there's division.

I've made a hundred posts, in a newbie game then replaced out. Not sure if I count. If I shouldn't be here, I'm sorry. :(

Recommendation for Prohawk (Who has been here a little over 6 months). "It lost its amateur status"

It's a Calvin and Hobbes joke. "A pronoun is a noun that lost its amateur status."

What did he do to deserve that title

Hobbes*

I've modded over Prohawk and he definitely has potential, but a title is for something that really defines a player as unique to the community in some way. If we gave titles to everyone who was good at Mafia, then titles wouldn't be so special.

In other words, you're title probably won't gain a lot of support, though it wasn't that bad of a suggestion.

Also, we make it a point to not really care about age for titles. Most of the people who are titled already spent a good time on the site to establish themselves in the community. It usually takes more than six months to get to that level of recognition. Though whether you've been here for a short time or a long time, if you are special in a particular way you receive a title.

He tends to start with pronouns in his posts. You can isolate him if you want :). I mean, it's not SUPER significant, but enough to warrant a little ribbing about.

Something tells me that the name is not the problem though. Sorry, do you want me to delete the request? The thread seemed so informal, so I didn't realize it was important.

Relax.

But accept that it's probably not going to happen until Prohawk has more of a presence.
