because I don't fully trust my read there and I also need you to defend the townbloc.I feel like I need to cover my bases by assessing you more thoroughly before solidly townlocking you since you're a UTR that has - like the rest of the townbloc - been wrong on two town right now.
This is an indirect way of saying that I need to know you're leading the town sincerely and not off a cliff... since you don't seem bothered by people clinging to their townread on you.
