Now I don't necessarily think Uphill and Yates are scum together, but I think we've got a 50% shot of hitting scum between the two of them. With a scumflip I'll go back and reevaluate reads based on connections and iso, because I'm probably wrong about one of my town reads, but the reasons above make them bad lynches for today.

You need to remove Soda from your Town category. He was NOT a counterwagon to the scumlynch. The Soda and Triangle wagons grew side by side out of RVS. The wagon on me was the counter, and the difference between my wagon and Soda's is that mine was a last-ditch effort as we neared lynch, not a secondary wagon that had been there all along. You also left Thor out of your list, which immediately throws out your PoE argument against Yates.

Grimm meta can't be delved into too much since [redacted], but basically I've seen him lurk as town SEVERAL TIMES. However, his scum games, he lurks. He is way more engaged as scum than town -- just look at Modern Family Mafia. The play is similar here. It's seriously a case of lurking = town, active = maybe scum, maybe town... and this is a case of the former here.
