He can say he knows you will flip scum all he wants, but there is no evidence for the town to be able to tell which one it is, so that argument doesn't really hold.

I'm addressing legitimate town concerns regarding whether I'm cop or scum, simply stating 'well I am the cop and Thomith is scum' would not help town.

I am telling Om to do something when you flip scum, his obvious reaction is 'well what if he doesn't flip scum', so I'm attempting to address that question with 'obviously ignore my lying scum instructions'. Town also have the question of 'well what if Sando is scum', and I'm telling them that it is better to deal with it today than tomorrow. To do that, I need to pose 'if' questions.

I've addressed it, I stated categorically that you're scum, in stark contrast to your claim where you claimed VT after my cop claim then changed your mind after some prodding from RD, then didn't actually vote me despite the fact that I 'fake-claimed'.

Town don't need to hear me endlessly droning on about you being scum, they know that one of us is, now they need to decide which one is telling the truth, and how to go about maximising the opportunity and minimising risks.

So I don't really need to tell town that you're scum, they're pretty well aware that I know you're scum.

If you read it like that I'd've thought you'd claim to show that Ommy must have been lying - with Amrun being dead and flipping JK, you would logically have said "I'm cop and because of the setup Ommy can't be a JK" in post 680 if you genuinely thought that it was either 2 JK or JK and Cop.

I don't understand how you missed the part where it became clear I realised that too.

Alright, so I thought about it and considered it.

The optimal play today is to no lynch.

Hear me out for a moment -

There will come a point in this game when we are forced to decide between cops. This is 100% fact.

We have 8 players, if we no lynch, Om The Nom will die. This is the logical course of action for the mafia to take.

This leaves seven players alive, right.

If Sando (who already knows that Acrv and Furz are town) investigates one of me/rainbow/Chimi, the mafia is already narrowed down to 50% which is EXTREMELY optimal (and helpful, at least).

If Thomith investigates one of me/Chimi/Rainbow/Fuz he has the mafia narrowed down to 33% which is not as good but is EXTREMELY helpful if he is real.

If Thomith is real, and gets lynched tomorrow, we'll either have the other mafia or a clear player who will be able to help us the day after.

If Sando is real, and gets lynched tomorrow, it's not a poor situation at all because we would have FIVE players alive with three clears, am I incorrect? That would make it a literal autowin unless there's some way an innocent isn't clear, am I incorrect?

The way I see it, either Sando is scum and we're put into a fair situation by NL'ing or Sando is town and we're put into an excellent situation by NL'ing.

Either way, NL IS the optimal play.

If we lynch Thomith today and he is real, we're put into an awful situation.

In fact, if you think that Sando is real, no lynching is a promised win.

It's so obvious Sando is real, lynch Thomith now please because he's NOT the cop.
