I’d imagine you would want to fill up the council with consensus townreads that are likely to get shot to try to dissuade scum from shooting in that pool of players.
I don’t think Uncrowned is consensus town and I don’t think he would get shot if he was outside of the council.

Hmmm... OK...
You rep'd in to a scummy slot, have immediately attempted to wrest control of the game, have thrown out little but AtE - and quite strong AtE, and have been paranoid AF that you're gettin D1'd.
Even Nora - who I'm pretty sure gets D1'd in like 85% of her games from how she goes off isn't this bad.

well scum wouldn't be able to shoot them at all if they are in the council.
I dont think nomming a non universal TR is selfish. I think its just their opinion. And enough opinions like that is what makes Universal TRs to begin with.

Because I’m a universal TR I’m obvtown and I feel like if I don’t get on the council then I will 100% be the night kill. Is this not good enough of a reason to be annoyed?

To be 100% clear: I don’t really want uncrowned on the council atp, since he’s not a UTR,
but
I do think it’s useful to keep track of people’s strongest TRs cause things can change.
