Night 1 - vezok died because I was scared he was an actual investigative role since he was so against the N0 gunsmith.
Night 2 - geists died because I knew people would transform me or geists and by killing geists I took care of all the transformations. Didn't know everyone would transform me.
Night 3 - LML died because he was very townie and someone I could claim to pass the transformer to and get away with it.
Night 4 - Lowercase died because we knew he was the gunsmith again and that would be troublesome for me.
Honestly, I think towns biggest mistake was the mass claim. Town-Juls would have also been against the mass claim and that's why I was against it. By mass claiming we knew everything that needed to be done.
Also, I was a little perturbed with Empking during the game. Failing to replace someone and not extending deadline is really crappy. Also, I thought mod-confirming Nobody Special by first answering the question of kill flavor relevance and then by timing of post was really bad. I actually reported him to the list mod because of it...but I ended up cooling down and sending the list mod a note and telling them I wasn't trying to get Emp in trouble, I was just upset and thought he needed to be "talked" to.

@SKrew thank you for replacing in. I feel bad that MTD doesn't get the win but he really wasn't playing.

I never said it, but Vezok's death was one of the reasons I thought fish and NS were both town. Didn't make sense unless the scum didn't understand the transformation roles during N1. I figured it would open a big can of WIFOM worms if I said it though.

I got paranoid about fish later on though.

Timing of the VC was an mod-error, but a subtle one; I don't blame emp for that. Somehow you guys still got a lynch through on him anyway =\

Yeah, not sure how we pulled that off.

I'm looking forward to reading the role PMs because I don't really understand how my role helped scum at all. I also want to see what others would have transformed into.

I still don't understand how the VC conf-towned him. It just confirmed that he asked a town-looking question, which he could have easily done as scum.

Well from the perspective of scum who sees a townie beating the drum of mod-confirmation it's pretty deflating. Especially when that is one of the only few people you can swing a mislynch of. Honestly, I don't think the question should have been answered at all, in private or thread. I was already a little annoyed at Empking because he didn't actually put the flavor in the flip, he only put it in the opening post. We were intentionally using the different kill styles to cause confusion. If NS hadn't looked in the OP, it wouldn't even have been noticed.

Yup, sorry about that again, it was better this way. Thank you SKrew
And good job!

Eh, I wasn't really bothered by the handling of the question. I mean, to me it was obviously yes, because if it were no then it would be like saying there isn't a gunsmith.
But even so, I figure if two scum in a team have different kill flavors, it must be role-related. If two scum on different teams have different flavors, it's still game-relevant even the flavor doesn't interact with any other mechanics. So I think the answer has to be yes regardless.

I think the answer is "Everything in the game could be relevant" but again, I think at the time I just felt like that had lost us the game.

Spoiler: Actions+PMs
"A mother does not flee without her children."
You are
Daenerys Targaryen
, Mother of Dragons, you feel a little sick as if you're somewhere that you don't really belong. You also feel awfully alone, and one immediate observation you can make is that your dragons do not seem to be here with you; at least you know you didn't flee! I suppose you have no choice, but to find out if any among you are your dragons. Obviously, it can't be anyone with the mien of a player of the Game of Throne, but perhaps some of these other creatures.
Powers
Mother of Dragons (French): You know that no power other than that of Daenerys' can cause dragons to enter existance.
A Dragon is No Slave (Active): Eaxh night you may target a player and attempt to reveal to your target their dragon form. This will only function if their Game of Throne self is a dragon.
You win if all non-town players are elimnated and at least one town player remains.
Mod Note: Jane Austen pickers are the only ones that can be dragonified, and dragon are one-shot vigs.
'I'm no lady'

'You may certainly ask to be forgiven,'
You are
Elinor Dashwood

After all the things you have seen, this is your question? (Passive): Any tracker targeting you will a result of 'Where he went you do not know' even if you have not gone anywhere. You will also return as 'A mysterious man' to any Watchers.

"What a sweet woman Lady Middleton is!"

Lucy Steele
, you are not a bad person and thus it can come to no surprise that here in this odd and strange place you are on the side of good, although of course you'll be sensible about it.
I have never been able to give him my picture in return, which I am very much vexed at, for he has been always so anxious to get it! (One-Shot): One night you may target a player and have the choice of one of the following actions depending on what night it was; you may use actions that were made available on a preceeding night.

------------
You are a Gunsmith, this town has gone ridiculous recently people have been vanishing - as have your tools - others have been coming in, but overall your prosperous town has a population of only fourteen. Terrible!
Although your tools have vanished you still have your human capital. As such, each night you may target a player, check their items, and see if they've got a gun.
You win if all scum players are eliminated, and at least one town player remains.
You are a Agent Plxynzkk from the 23rd Century, Transformer Owner, your reponsibility is to fix destructive dimensional drafts. You have two tools to help you in this adventure: Your gun and a TRansformer Device (not a robot in disguise).
Alas, the laser battery in your gaun failed to teleport here with you (suggesting that the Transformer device is the only thing capable of doing that), while the Transformer Device simply transforms its user into a creature from an alternative dimension.
The following things are true about the Transformer:
1. It may be transferred, as a free action, to another player each night.
2. If it is used it must be transferred to another player that night.
3. It may be used upon any player including the user ajnd including the dead.
4. THe oprevious three rules and this rule will be informed to all players on reciept of the player plus its name as a Transformer Device.
5. It replaces the target with a creature from another dimension.
You win if all scum players are eliminated, and at least one town player remains.
You are an In-Flux, you know nothing else about your identity. Do you even have an identity?
Each night you may target a player and their role hall be transformed.
You win if all scum players are eliminated, and at least one town player remains.
You are a Mafia Goon. The Mafia have sent you and your buddies here to capture this, apparently abandoned town and the 'dimensional nexus' it stands upon.
You may post [here] at any time. You also have a factional kill - your flavour is 'shot' - that ay be performed by a single player each night other than Zero. On night Zero you must choose a player to have their role (not alignment) moved to their Austen/GoT pick.
You win if the Mafia makes up at least 50% of the town.
You are a Vanilla Townie.
You win if all scum players are eliminated, and at least one town player remains.
Night:
N0:
Who (Gunsmith) targeted Josh B
MTD (Mafia Goon) transformed himsel
FormerFish (In-Flux) fluxxed Who

To me it was pretty relevant, I just don't see scum-NS asking an "If I were town, would you answer..." question.

I actually really liked that as a mechanic. Imo, godfathers are pretty much bastard, but this version, where the GF is identified by an obviously-GF kill flavor, is much much better.

Well, cops are good when there aren't godfathers or framers/tailors.
Most games, it's only people who have meta'd me within an inch of my life who think that. There weren't many aforementioned players in this game. Pity the scum team thought so!
