As might have been surmised, the setup was 10 Townies, 3 Mafia Goons, with the N1 investigations being the twist.



Honey bee, Mathdino, and Save The Dragons were the insane cops. I found it interesting that two of the insanes made it to LyLo, and the other was lynched just before LyLo. I suppose that makes sense. I was also surprised by the turbo-bussing by scum, but it worked out for them in the end. The Mafia were also aided by the very few investigations on them (just one). I was also intrigued to see how the two-insanes-investigating-Nobody Special would turn out.

Reck bussing twice

I had no option on the Bookitty thing.

The mathcam bus was an audible called at the last minute. Our plan going into that day was to throw Bookittty under the bus. When the wagons lined up the way they did, I thought redirecting onto mathcam would make Bookitty look better (whereas I think a Bookitty scumflip wouldn't have earned mathcam as many points). It ended up failing, at which point I HAD to bus Bookitty or else the connection would be too obvious.

I want to tell you, though, that this meant nothing to me. Reck and Math -- they were just brief flings. I was dazzled by Reck's big guns and Math's big calculator. I made a mistake, and I know I have to live with it.

I still think about what we had, though, STD, and I always will.

In seriousness, I think that Reck and Mathcam played very well -- much better than I did. Reck was awesome to watch in the final days of this game and impressed the hell out of me. He took out the right people and set LYLO up perfectly. Really really well done.

Good game, all. I really was in complete disbelief that I got lynched that day -- Reck is definitely a force to be reckoned with as a wagonleader. I'm also pretty awed by the difference between in-game Reck and mafia-thread Reck. I don't mean this at all negatively against Reck, but I think one of the reasons I've lost some of my interest in the game is because this attitude of having a crafted alternate persona for your in-game play has become so prevalent, and everyone seems to be okay going along with it.
