No it isn't. Part of it is frustration, yes, but I got more than I wanted. Hiraki's flip does NOT AT ALL improve Menalque's reads, and thus him claiming it does was inaccurate at best.

Who helped foster this division, while also driving the counter/main wagon on another slot I townlean? Dram. It’s not so much individual play as a gamestate/room effect read.
