the NK makes more sense from in the beginning. him killing me last night means he's no longer conftown and being defended by me. and setting up a 3 player ExLo with me, him and my top suspect, makes perfect sense.
Like I sorta feel that, if you're scum, you just made things difficult for yourself for no bloody reason - you could have NKed me and cruised to an easy victory.
It's possible scum knew my role existed either way, with the 'informed' power, but that doesn't really change anything - if you were scum, you still defo NK me either way surely.

It makes perfect sense for Battle Mage to end up performing the funeral kill; any other sane scum would night kill the otherwise confirmed town player.

These posts are both clearly from a town slot. This just isn't something scum does; scum aren't going to flash a bright neon attention sign on themselves, not this early in the game. Therefore, Gretchen is lock town Day 1 from these posts alone. Anyone pushing here is scum trying to get an easy lim, and I won't stand for it.

you also probably have a better than 50% chance of winning if you NK me instead of FG.

no regrets either way - if you were scum, we were doomed in ExLo with in the beginning not trusting the Mod-conf innocent. i'll take my share of blame too in that case, if my play was confusing enough to cause that.
probably the only thing which could've gone slightly different, was a slower day yesterday - but I don't think I could have got a majority to elim you, even though I'd have liked to.
