Why do you think it's townsided? I'm not questioning the setup but the lack of flips and information about who was primed is really screwing me.

NS, you know that I feel very similar to you. If I can get townreads, it's easy game, but I feel like there's manipulation this game in everyone. Even the dead people (minus Bulge, but whatever).

If we lynched someone who was primed that's like 5 mislynches we get

The whole "prime a bunch of people and kill them all in one night" basically takes away at least one nightkill from scum, and the fact that it not only delays but can be fucked over by lynching makes this game hard as hell for scum

Mountainous and nightless are typically scumsided because NK spec is actually ridiculously powerful if done properly.

This setup could have been either scum sided or town sided. Had Bulge not died, and only 1 kill had gone through, that would be potentially great for town since Bulge might be able to conf-town someone. Scum can also get screwed if they prime people who end up getting lynched. However, scum gets to hide within the numbers during the first few days.

I think this is a balanced setup, and I also do not see what this discussion has to do with getting scum lynched today.

Like if you want to not even try to "hunt" scum (maybe because you are in fact, scum), then don't hide behind game balance discussion.

I haven't actually bothered looking at the setup, but if there are lynched townies allowed to be around, I'm assuming it's probably pretty strongly scumsided. That's a lot of confirmed towns speaking.

Keeping confirmed townies around makes it scumsided to start, otherwise scum has to make up for the fact that they already have no way of getting rid of a lot of voices they want to silence.

Lynches are one of those ways.

None of this matters. This kind of discussion can wait till after the game, right now I don't want to hear how town sided or scum sided this game is, I want to actually work on figuring out who scum is.

Odd defense, but not going to read into this as I know him and I been talking more lately so this comes from a friend-defending friend mindset rather than scum-defending town mindset.
