I've heard back from both STD and roland.
STD says that he doesn't have any more time for mafiascum "this year."
roland was only appointed co-mod for the first week and no longer has the game information...and wasn't clear on all of the instructions anyway.

Bwah, at least I can sign up for another one. I still would like to know if mass-slipclaiming would have heleped us or not."logic is in the eye of the beholder" -LyingBrian in Eyewitness 1

Mass slipclaiming would probably have done exactly what I said it would, likely revealed the doctor and not told you anything about the scum. Of course, I only knew that because I knew that we scum had a good enough chance that we were passing slips to one another that we could lie about those slips from both ends and not get ourselves caught. Putting the same names on everyone's slips probably wouldn't have helped for the same reason. We had enough slips that seemed like they may have been passed around internally to scum that we could have made our choices without worrying about what names the town decided to put on the slips.
Offhand, I'd guess that Brian McQueso was the other mason (Succubus, presumably). It takes a village to raise a lynch mob.- !Chucklez!

I was a tracker and got the information that !Chucklez! was somehow saved from death last night. I assume it was a doc protect? I guessed that Fuldu was the doctor. (Must remember Jeep's advice: If you think someone is the doctor, they are probably scum).
And yeah, it was interesting that I managed to follow Chucklez last night as I actually chose the slip with Phoebus' name on it.VICTORIA- Phoebus

I was the postrestrictor, I also had a claiming restriction.

massive was the GF, AndrewS was the slip forger (he didn't tell us what his choices were, but he may have been the cause of your choice change, Talitha) and I was the scum blocker.
massive could choose to have any of the three of us kill someone on one of his two slips. We all put !Chucklez! on both of our slips last night, which I'm sure is part of the reason that so many people targeted him. massive ended up getting one !Chucklez! slip, which means there was a good chance (though not a certainty) that we were passing slips internally. I also got a !Chucklez! slip (of a different color) which meant that we might be well positioned to both choose our kill target and choose our block target. I blocked Brian McQueso last night, and since mason/cop pairs often have one who investigates and another who receives results, I figure that Brian didn't get armlx's result on me because I blocked him. Since armlx was reasonably likely to get protection tonight, I would have argued in favor of trying to target Brian.
The other reason armlx may not have gotten a result on me is because I was female. But given what an incubus is, I would expect that he would get results on the women and the succubus would get results on the men, if that were the purpose of the gender notations.
And, just as a note, armlx you gave way too much information in your claim. Given that you didn't receive a result on me, the town didn't need to know who you had targeted. In fact, you probably didn't need to claim cop at all. Claiming mason at this stage of the game should have been enough to keep you from getting lynched. And if that's all you'd said, we'd have left you (and the person I believed to be your partner) alone. It takes a village to raise a lynch mob.- armlx

Thanks, it's always good to get feedback that I look pro-town. I was the Serial Killer. 8)Fuldu wrote:Offhand, I'd guess that Brian McQueso was the other mason
I sent two Phoebus slips (I find it amusing that all of us anti-town roles tried to limit the choices of other people in the town by sending the same name twice), and I got back Phoebus/Chucklez. I tried to kill Phoebus, because, from past experiencesm he tends to find me when I'm scum."Only a fool quotes himself." -BrianMcQueso - BrianMcQueso
