@sleepy: why would you want to do that. wouldn't it uh, expose info about roles.? i mean, from my pm i can only assume that getting a pokemon like dragonite cannot possibly be vt, so if one claims his pokemon it might hurt them...

Town win condition is to 'defeat the evil Pokemon', so scum are presumably Pokemon, just like town. Pokemon having 4 moves makes sense thematically, and this is clearly a high-power game, so that could be town or scum as well. Don't think claiming changes much on its own in this game.

I think shos is a good target for the Lie Detector, since if he's town he's active enough to be a good asset as conf-town. That said if Jason would rather save his shot, I'm still fine with a shos lynch.

Look, I can confirm myself to you if you need. it's going to be a waste of ability, but I can use the voyeur or the flavorcop and claim my results tomorrow, and it's still better than to waste the Lie Detector shot.

I'll claim the names of the attack after getting an answer from the mod, Jason.

now for a well written claim:

I am Dragonite. My role is a JoAT role - I have four one-shot powers.
my flavor is just one line, saying that I am great and smart. there's also a cool picture of me

My four attacks are not wgat you would expect; the pokemon attack does not resemble the power it has here. example: imagine a Solar Beam name for a jailkeeper or something.
my powers are:
(all one-shot)
doc,
voyeur,
flavor cop,
vig.

I tend to breadcrumb sometimes, this time I did: see this post, all capitalized letters spell JOAT, in the first real post of mine in the game. in the same post, I also mentioned dragonite in context...didn't say that before~
