I'm planning on voting for CDT. I won't yet because there may be people that need to get their restrictions in. So do whatever you have to do, then I'll vote. CDT is scummilicious for sure, plus I don't think Fritz was just lucky. We lynched scum two days running, I think we can make it a third.

well thats crazy that he was an sk this whole time and we were about to go on just what he said.

so should we completely discredit his investigations? it is in his best interest for us to lynch mafia members each night becaues then there is a slimmer chance of him being nightkilled so he could win it all...

I don't think we should discredit his investigations entirely. CDT has shown himself to be enormously scummy along with Fritz's investigation. That's reason enough to lynch him.

Ibby: Rule of thumb is to lynch the mod if they are in the game. See DP 13 (though one time it was a pro-town mod, but that game was nutty beyond belief).

Pseudo edit: By lynch RAj I mean the mod of the game, not a person whose role is Raj (assuming Raj would put himself in the game, which knowing him he would).

Right. Besides the fact that I wasn't writing it to convince anyone of anything, but rather to clarify what I had said earlier.

(Let me try and clarify it better, if I can.
There is a certain power level that a cop role tends to have, in order to keep the game balanced. The way that Fritzler explained his role, it greatly surpassed that power level. That led me to believe that either he was actually a cop, and there was some limitation/drawback to his role that he wasn't told about, or else he was scum, and he wasn't telling us everything. When he said that no, he was told everything about his role, that led me to beleive that he must be scum. When he was killed, I found my suspicions to be correct.
I think that explains the remark that I made in my first post today.)

What I said originally that got everyone voting me, by the way, was not a point I was making. It was essentially me saying "I thought he was probably scum. His role seemed kinda too powerful for him to be the town's PO, don't you think?" Which, if I had said it that way to start with, I'm sure everyone would have either agreed or dissagreed, but just blown it off like the casual remark that it was. However, since I didn't say it that way at first, everyone is all bent out of shape. Rather odd, IMO. But whatever.

Also, take a look at your response to my original statement:
help im a bug wrote:
CaptainDuctTape wrote:Yah... I knew something seemed odd about him... didn't exactly seem like a standard cop role, if you know what I mean.
Erm, this sounds extremely scummy. If you were town, wouldn't you have been sure he wasn't a cop, since he had a guilty on you?

vote: CDT
Umm... why, yes I would. That's why I said "I knew something seemed odd about him." RTFP, dude.

I'm sorry, but your "arguments" aren't that convincing either.

Something different:
armlx wrote:...

A through analysis of the last vote count isn't substance?
When it only consists of voting for everyone who didn't vote for the person who got lynched, and then ending up voting for the mod, then no, it isn't.

A balancing factor, perhaps, is: if we lynch CDT and he turns up scum, that would be three for three correct. A very good argument that you are pro-town. I probably wouldn't be looking as hard at someone who outed three scum.

Also, he was somewhat lucky that he got #3 = sane on his first try.

CDT: It's so obvious that armlx has a restriction that requires him to make several votes. Duh. Your attempt at casting suspicion on him makes you look even scummier. Ugh. I'm SO going to vote for you after lunch.

Now that I think about things, Fritz was VERY adamant that he was right and that we follow his investigations. He had no doubt whatsoever. It is possible that he hoped for protection as well. With correctly naming/lynching scum, as Al said, Fritz would look pro-town and we'd not lynch him. So long as he didn't die at night, that'd give him a great possibility of winning the game. At this point I think we can all agree that CDT is scummier than micigante, so let's lynch CDT today. We haven't lynched wrong yet. If we do turn out to be wrong, we can rethink with micigante tomorrow.

The only reason I'm not voting yet is because it's not lunchtime so it won't do much good. Also, I don't want to have CDT at lynch when lunchtime hits in case anyone hasn't fulfilled their restriction. Does that make sense? Hope so.

In the last post from CDT there’s a clear (and incredible scummy) attempt to deflect suspicion on everybody that has said something about him… Only scum would write sentences like:
“I'm sorry, but your "arguments" aren't that convincing either.”
I think we all agree that he’s the scummiest today, so there should be no problems if I type
vote: CaptainDuctape

And suddenly the town starts yelling at Derrick, "Tyler said you were scum and you killed him!"
Derrick tries to convince the town, "Tyler was out to kill all of you all too. So how can you trust him?!"

But as much as Derrick pleaded the town was not swayed. And once again the town came to a quick decision to kill Derrick.

As he is hung he tells his family and his brother Aaron that he was sorry for what he has caused their family.

Throughout the night Aaron was walking around and…

BAM!

He is knocked down and the person comes around and stands over him, "I'm so sorry Aaron."

And the killer impales Aaron with their flute.

As the town gathers they see that their beloved mayor was murdered the same way Tyler died the night before.

Deadline: May 5th 9:00PM CST

Is it time for a mass claim?

The person I'm most suspicious of right now is ibaesha for repeating that she was going to vote you over and over without actually doing it. But then I don't think I actually understand the lunchtime bit of this game.
