I have a really strong tendency to build my understanding of a game landscape around 1 or 2 players I know well and then build out from there by comparing my read of that player with others' reads and vice versa.

It works pretty well when I can actually read the player(s) I think of as stakes in the ground.

I realized I'm doing that with Cabd, and that way lies madness.

Not really. Maybe a little. More like Cabd's playing this weird egotistical game at the moment and I'm reminded of the like seven times he tells me that he always does what you the players don't expect as scum. He is clearly playing differently. I don't

attribute enough skill to him to do that as town

think he'd double meta gambit like that with this playerlist.

His page one post was almost 100% a gambit too IMO.
